Yes. Each park had at least one store that had them. They seemed to be in a stand alone glass case in each place.

I saw them in at least one store in every park in July, and in a store in DTD. I bought the WDW castle one in DTD this year. I also bought the Princess Ariel one online recently. I'm absolutely smitten with them.

We saw them in the Emporium at MK. DD13 ended up getting hers in the WoD store in DD.

They have them downtown disney too, not too many options for characters though! I remember Mickey, minnie,
Cinderella, aurora and tink.
