No...not Jonas brothers- the guitar was being painted PINK- for Hannah Montana!!!
ANyway, the park was soooo empty, and we were able to hop on the ride pretty quickly- sorry, Cammie- no time to chicken out!!! Kara stayed outside and held our bags- and I really don't remember why now....Anyway, Cammie and I rode together, and then when it was over....SHE LOVED IT!!!!! Really, really LOVED it!!!! So much so, that- we rode it again!!! Twice in a row!!! AWESOME!!!
AT this point, it was time to head back and get ready for dinner, so we left DHS-
That's ok- I kind of want to do it with my kids if I ever do it, I just have a feeling I will only be riding once. We arrived back at BCV in no time-
...Thanks Kara! Oh and the look on that little girl's face as she walks past Kara on the ground is priceless.

) but I would be glad to be the purse holder - I have a hard time making myself do it every time!
Look at ITSK being all paparazzi for you!
ToT - Now Ellen if I can do it and I am a serious chicken - YOU can do it! That's it - next May. DISmom group ride on ToT!

A short trip to DHS is a happy trip to DHS!! But that's just me!
I DO love R&RC and how cool that Joan knows such an important CM! It's cool to see his name tag say "Scotch Plains!"
Can't wait to see where you eat next!
But I do LOVE RnR!!What a great photo of you guys under the limo! I was wondering how exactly to reproduce that shot as I scrolled down and saw just how to do it...Thanks Kara! Oh and the look on that little girl's face as she walks past Kara on the ground is priceless.

Ok, did I break the TR or something? No one has posted since me?
Oh, well still waiting on more true tales of the fabulous Dismoms![]()
No, it's not broken- just August is a busy month with a lot of summer stuff, and I also had to start doing PTA stuff because I'm the new president. I'll try to update today.
Caught back up and glad to see the Dismoms are still going strong. RNRC is one of my favorite rides. How cool you got to ride both that and TSM with minimal wait time. Great pictures too!
Ellen, loved your HHI pictures. We are going over Memorial Day weekend to the DVC there and I am really looking forward to it.
Kara, glad all went well with your daughter at her new school. We dropped our youngest at college as a freshman last Thursday. I also worried about her making friends as she really knew no one there (she was recruited to play lacrosse, so she had visited and at least met the team). When she called me tonight to ask a question she was also carrying on 5 or 6 different conversations with other people, so I think she is adjusting well.
Looking forward to hearing about dinner and the accompanying beverages. Pretty soon I need to make my ADRs and I am always looking for new restaurants to try.
How did I miss this update? So cool that Joan's cousin is an engineer for the ride. That would be a really cool job! Who knew that RnR got its own engineer! So awesome to be able to ride it twice in a row. Very cool!
I guess Tuesday was the day to go to HS. Sorry I missed it! I didn't ride RnR this trip because I had too much crap with me to ride a lone. I didn't know how to hold it all and I was too lazy for a locker.
ToT - Now Ellen if I can do it and I am a serious chicken - YOU can do it! That's it - next May. DISmom group ride on ToT!

I thought I had already posted, but I don't see it. Yay for brave Cammie! I'm so glad she loved TOT! Ellen, I've done TOT several times, I enjoy it when I'm on it, (I think) but I would be glad to be the purse holder - I have a hard time making myself do it every time!
Look at ITSK being all paparazzi for you!
