The first up in an apple he made....that is red tissue paper glued to it

The next is a shirt he made a few weeks ago and was hanging on a clothes line at back to school night a couple weeks ago

Ok, my last Craft project was my Mickey Head Christmas ornaments...(yeah, I did scrapping but nothing else). So last night I made these (you might recognize the bat if you get Family Fun magazine):

They are made from mini-fake pumpkin/gourd, paint and foam. It was fun to do. I'm hosting a "Halloween No Carve Pumpkin Party" on the 15th for some of DD's friends and we're going to make these and a few more things.

well not anymore...they %$%^!%!$$!%^^!$! moved me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I came back to my room and my #%^!$#$ key didn't work.....I went to ask and they said I would have to change rooms because they are going to start renovating the 7th and 8th floor!

WELL, don't freakin LOCK ME OUT OF MY ROOM...here I am with a LAPTOP CASE AND PURSE ON MY ARM AND CAN'T GET IN MY ROOM.....after a LONG DAY of work and dinner...and a MARTINI and 1/2 might I add!!!!

then my new room is a handicap room so it has NO FREAKING BATHROOM COUNTER! I ask and they have NO OTHER ROOMS so I SPEND 30 MINUTES MOVING MY $%^!$^# and here I am.

BUZZ KILLERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

OH god why did they think it would be alright just to lock you out of your room!? Not only is it a headache to move like that but to lock you out when all your stuff was in that one you were already in!? I can totally see your frustration!

Hey, Sharky! Sorry to not stay longer...I'm heading off to bed...you must be soooo excited...bet it's hard to sleep!

Oh, one more thing...DD asked DH today "when are we going back to Disney?" Now, I didn't prompt this at all.

So I jokingly say, how about the week before DH starts his new job (meaning when he gets one) and DH says, "hey, that's a good idea!"

I seriously doubt it will be Disney, but it would be nice to go to the beach or something for a few days before he starts the next job.

That's funny that your DD asked that. I hope you do get to go somewhere before your DH starts his new job. That would be exciting.

oh and I forgot to add...I got into the elevator with part of my things (had to make 2 trips) and the elevator wouldn't move...so I had to get out and wait on another elevator...of course I had to wait for the broken one to go down before I could click the button because if not, the other one wouldn't come up.

Ugh! That hotel is starting to sound like a crap pad instead of a crash pad.

that was the bathroom in the other room. Not the best pic but you can tell the counter stretches the wall. I don't have a pic uploaded of the new bathroom yet.

Also the other shower had the towels right behind you, which was convenient. This one is different, with the towels outside the shower, and the shower head sucks too. The other shower was great.

wow that IS A great countertop and now you have NONE!? What a witch with a capitol B for saying it's no big deal to not have a counter! That girl must not be a real woman to think that. Anyone that likes to take care of themselves knows that you need at least some counter space to lay your cosmetics and hair brush and things on. Good greif!!

Gosh... I had 8 pages to read! With the kids and the Tomato home I cannot get on this computer at all!

Just wanted to say hi to EVERYONE this time! I really did mean to get back and post some more last time so I could properly say hello to everyone but I am pretty sure I got kicked off because someone "needed" the computer! I hope y'all forgive me if you felt left out.

I loved Eragon. I was amazed that it had been written by a 15 year old boy. I haven't read the second book because my kids have "misplaced it". And as far as Brisingr. DD Kacy has it and is reading it slower than a turtle might.
