Yes our hair looks nice there, but boy is it a pain to take care of! Thank You

My normal exercise is Jazzercise, not sure if I have any other jazzers on here. But it is my favorite exercise of choice. I actually enjoyed our nice weather yesterday and was outside playing nerf tennis with my daugther, so hopefully the nice weather will cause me to get out more!

Oooh - jazzercise! My aunt taught that when I was in high school and I would take her class - I loved it! I was just looking at the city recreation department for a dance class for my daughter and saw Jazzercise offered - I may have to look in to that. I love that it doens't feel like exercise - it is fun!
 
I live in Rochester, NY so it is just starting to get warm here, and so I have started checking out my summer clothes, and it makes me want to cry. But I have faith I can do this. I am also going to San Francisco for work in 2 weeks, and Myrtle Beach to see my dad at the end of June. Hopefully I will be smaller and smaller each trip. My fingers are crossed. I just want to be under 200 again. I have 14 pounds to go, to get under 200 again.

You are only a hop skip and jump away from me (leading to about a 3 hour drive or so).
 
Jazzercise is great, they get a new set every 3 months or so, so the music and routines are always changing, and I like that they do aerobic and weights which is nice.

Isn't it nice that it is finally warming up around here. What a horrible winter we had in upstate!

We have weigh in on Fridays. And the rest of the week we are here supporting each other :grouphug:

If you want the amount of weight you lose each week can be posted on the front page of this post which allows you a reminder and so everyone else can see how you are doing as well :banana:

I am nervous about my first weigh in tomorrow. I've done much better that I thought I would this week, and it's mostly from knowing the results would be on here!!

I did have a little scar on the Elpti-kill this morning. I can only do five minutes, but when I got to about 4:30, I suddenly couldn't catch my breath!! I pushed through, but I was wasted by the end!! I don't know what that was all about. I was fine after a few minutes. I guess I didn't realize how out of shape I really am. I went on and did the weights.

I am nervous about weigh-in tomorrow too. I have not been doing well at all this week. I had a great weigh-in last week so I'd be thrilled if I stay the same. But I have a feeling I will be up a pound or two. :sad2:

Lynn: I can't do anything on the elliptical! I hope you are ok! And just take your time! It takes time to be able to do stuff like that for a long time. I remember the first time I ran for 5 minutes. It took me years! But keep up the good work!

And for everyone, don't let a bad weigh in get you down if you have one. For the month of March I only lost 1.6 pounds, but I fit into a pair of jeans that I haven't fit into for... I don't even know how long! That was a far better reward than a low weight.


I went for a hike today even though I'm sick. 30 minutes! YAY ME!

I'm really excited I got my exercise in for the week. I still have tomorrow and Saturday I can do more with! I'm so bad at exercising also, so I'm really proud of myself!

Still sick, bought time to hit the hay! My NiQuil will make sure I sleep through most of the night.

That has been my life saver this week. I for some reason have a weak immune system and I tend to get bronchitis at least once a month. If I don't get it for a month it is like a miracle. So I know the feeling of nyquil making you sleep through the night! I hope you get to feeling better soon !!:hug:
 
So I just woke up and wanted to weigh in before I head to work (It is supposed to storm here all day so I figure I will be sent home early..lol..No one visits the zoo during rain). But I am happy to announce that this week that I am down 3 pounds...woohoo...

I was for sure I was going to be at a gain this week. Yesterday my Mom told me she wanted me to try this Hawaiian Sundae at the local ice cream place. I told her ok but I am only getting the small. Well we get there and the part that Mom forgets to tell me is that there isn't a small. So I had this huge nearly 2 to 3 scoop sundae sitting in front of me and wanted to die..lol...I said "No Way Mom can I eat all this". She laughed and said it was ok she just wanted me to try it. So I ate until I felt full which was about a half of it. But it didn't effect me so that's a good thing.

Good Luck today at weigh in for everyone! I will be reading up on everyone's weigh ins when I get home this evening!!
 
Good Morning Gang,

I have weighed in and because I have only been in this for 2 days.. LOL I am even no weight loss.

I did go to Jazzercise last night. But you will notice my issue is not exercise, it is food... I love food and that is my big issue. Hopefully I will do better next week.

My little one is going for her check up this morning(to make sure the breathing treatments helped...they did as far as I am concerned) But I am happy to say that she only woke up once during the night last night. Hopefully she will be back to her old self again soon.

Well I weighed in this morning and I am at 188.5. I am not sure what that means because I can not remember where I was last week. (too tired I guess)

Ok I just checked the first post I had and i am 2 lbs down from my beginning weight and where I was last week. No too bad I guess. haha

Just poppin gin with my weigh in. 177.8....2 lbs down from my FIRST weigh in weight! :cool1: I guess working all day and not paying attention to food pays off. :rotfl2:

I thought for sure I'd be up because of my Vegas binging last weekend, but I guess all the walking helped!

I am the same today - 185. I am totally thrilled with this as I thought I would gain this week. Still a net loss of 5 pounds! Next week I hope to lose a few. :)
