DISigner Needed: Stitch Image Wanted

Hello my AWESOME DISigner friends!! Y'all have helped us out a few times in the past as we prepare for our next WDW trip and begin the process of ordering screen printed t-shirts. Very excited to say that we are now about 3.5 months from our next trip and I'm STOKED! The kids will not know about the trip until 1 week out. On Christmas morning, the last gift we will open will be addressed to the family and will have in it our screen printed t-shirts, magic bands, custom maps, decal for the car, autograph books, etc. We will leave town 1 week later on December 31.
To get to the point (sorry, REALLY excited about surprising the girls!!), we are looking for an awesome Stitch image as he is a favorite character of the whole group. Typically, we imprint the front left-chest simply with 'WDW' in Waltograph font, then we do a full-back imprint to have the character (Stitch this year) and somehow incorporate 'Thomas Family Vacation'. Y'all have put together an awesome Perry DISign for us a few years ago, and long before that, a Potato Head DISign which were both PHENOMENAL! So, looking to see if anyone can help us again. It looks soo cool! We absolutely love Stitch! Question; is there any way to remove the rock background? We do a 1-color imprint, so it would basically just be the outline of stitch and his drink and then the 'Thomas Family Vacation'. This is awesome! Last, is there any way to provide you my email address to receive an .eps file of this art? Or .ai and I can convert for the screen printer? You are Ah-mazing! Thank you!! Yay!!

So we have totally dropped the ball on this... Is there any chance we can see this artwork in just black and white? This is how we will be imprinting the shirts and hubby is concerned that the imprint won't look right when maxxed out on a youth XS and the same size imprint is used on an adult 3XL shirt. Hoping to prove him wrong or else he wants to separate the artwork and put Stitch on the front of the shirt and a fun Thomas Family Vacation 2015 print on the back of the shirt. Really hoping to preserve tradition... Thanks in advance for your help!!!
