Hey everybody. I have been really busy, but I wanted to catch up with you guys. I had around 40 pages to read!! I hope eveyone is doing good. We only have 52 days left to go before we are at WDW. The kids only have 23 days of school left. We are getting so excited!!
Hey DM, we need to come up with plan B on our AK meet. Why don't ya'll try to get an 8 am ressie at Donald's Breakfast and we could see you there? Then we can be in the park at opening and be first in line for EE!
Okay CK - Go and look at my new ADR on the first post.... I think that Plan B has now turned into Plan A. Now if we can get tnmomof4 to do the same thing...that would be cool!
I hope you guys have a good breakfast with Donald, but I don't think this will work for me. The night before (the 24th) is EMH at MK. We probably won't go to bed until 3:00 a.m. or later. We always sleep in the next day. I am not sure what time we will be up and going. I still am planning on going to the Nemo show at 11:30.

Singingmom - I also wanted to say how pretty your daughter looked in her dress. She seems like a really sweet girl with lots of aspirations and dreams. I have a sister who turned 18 in February. She really likes to act too. She is graduating from high school this year. She wants to take Journalism in college.
They are washable markers but they really aren't that washable. All it did was lighten up. Brooke has done this before to her hands and you would have thought I would have learned the first time to keep checking on her when she is extra quiet! I just couldn't believe how much she colored! She had on long pants and had to pull her pants up just so she could color her legs!!!!
I say the same thing if the twins are too quiet. After my twins did this one time, all the markers were put where they could never get to them. Now the only markers they can even get to are the Crayola Color Wonder markers.

Kari - I too liked the picture of your family. I like how it is a close up of your family, but in background is the MGM hat. I also wanted to say how great it was of you to do all that for your sister. I can't imagine how many hours you spent on the phone. I planned 4 days for my mom, and I was on the phone forever. You are a great sis!!
In Raleigh, NC $200,000 will buy a nice 3/2.5 house on 1/2 acre in the better areas of town. $350-400K will buy something REALLY nice in the private golf course communities. I can't imagine spending that on a townhouse!
I'm so thankful I don't live in a higher market!
You all were talking about houses so here's mine. I have a 1750 sq. ft. house that I am renting. My rent is $1100. I have NO backyard. I really need more room with 4 kids. The house I am trying to get is 2247 sq. ft. It is a two story. I has lots of room and bathrooms. It has a yard for the kids and is in a nice neighborhood. I don't want to waste anymore money on rent. I will have city taxes if I get this house. I just have to wait to see if everything goes through. I am praying it does!!
QUESTION OF THE DAY:What one restaurant are you most looking forward to dining at in Disney World on your June vacation? You must only choose one!!!My choice would be Le Cellier because we have never been there before.
I am looking forward to many, but the only one that is a first for us is Chef Mickey's for dinner so I am excited to try it. My twins are excited about the Play & Dine lunch at MGM with JoJo.

Just got back from Chili's... Avery says Yummo! to corn on the cob. I was craving it after this AM conversations! Thanks, whoever started it!
We went to the mall and got Avery some
Crocs. She picked the pink Disney ones. Why on earth they use such a hideous color of pink is beyond me! Tucker didn't get to buy his, so we will go back tomorrow. He wants the NC State ones, and we spent a lot of time trying to find his size. If we don't find them tomorrow, he will just have to pick something else. I want to get mine, too... but didn't get a chance to go to the adults section.
I made my final payment on my trip tonight!!
Now I just need to work on saving that spending cash! On Wed I will hit my 45 day mark!! Now I'm starting to feel the pressure of hitting my weight goal. I need to go down 1 more size (about 12 pounds) to be in the shorts I wore last summer. I will hate having to go buy new shorts for vacation... that money could be spent SO much better!
Chili's is the twins favorite restaurant. If I ask them where they want to go that's where they say. I got my kids the Disney crocs. They actually talked me into getting a pair. I wan't going to but they insisted that I not be left out. So I compromised with them and got the brown (chocolate) colored ones. I got them Friday, and I have been wearing them around and I was really surprised at how comfortable they are. I too want to lose some weight before vacation. It is so hard. I told myself I have to fit into my shorts from last year.
I will be doing Photopass for sure. I think the whole key to it is start from day one and tell the first photographer that you want him to take a lot of pictures because you are planning on buying the CD (even if you never do). I plan on buying the CD so I am going to put them Photopass photographers to work!
I am so glad you said that you tell the photographer you are buying the CD and getting them to take lots of pictures. That is a great tip!! I always get the photopass on the first day. I always just buy prints of the pictures because the CD doesn't have that many pictures on it to make it worth it. Now I will tell them I am buying it. Thanks!!
what do you guys know about Whispering Canynon Cafe for lunch?
I don't know much about it, but when I was at the
Disney store yesterday the guy checking me out asked where we were eating. I told him some of the places. I asked him where he liked and one place he said was WCC. I asked him how it was. He said he liked the show, that it was great for kids, but that he hated getting there. He said he had to change buses four times.

Courtney - I am sorry the festival wasn't that great. I am glad you had a nice time with your mom though. I tried your chicken receipe on Saturday. It turned out great. The kids loved it. Thanks for sharing it.
Sunlver - I am glad you had a good time at GWL water park. I always think about doing Blizzard Beach with the kids, but then wonder how it would go over. I keep saying... "When they get older then I will do it"

DM - I got my kids the same fans. I got them at Super-
Walmart. Yes, I do all my shopping at our Super-Walmart. It is a really big one and it is nice too. It is only two minutes down the road. I really like Target too, but it is across town. Our Walmart is across the street from Middle Tennesse State University so it is always busy. Anyway... I kept checking the ends of every aisle every time I went there and couldn't find them. I finally asked someone and they said "Did you check in the aisle with the fans?" I sure felt dumb, but there they were along with the bottle ones. At least I got them.

It can be any length but no longer than 4 pages. It has to be double spaced. I just got to get the motivation to do it.
Of course, I also cooked twice today - woo hoo - just finished cleaning up from a very nice roast beef dinner with all the trimmings... and now Bob & I are going to relax on the front porch with a glass of wine, while Dana rides her bike and Mocha stands guard!

Time to start buying clothes in the Jrs department. She wanted a bikini, I wanted a one piece for her, we comprimsed and got a tankini. The top was a small and the bottom was an extra small.
