I can give you part of it:
Disembarkation usually starts around 7:30 or 7:45, and there is no set time for you to disembark, unlike other cruise lines. You can have a sitdown breakfast, buffet, or just leave early.
You leave your bags outside your stateroom the night before, and they will be in a color coded area downstairs in the termina. Or, if you prefer, just keep them with you.
You get your bags and walk to the customs line. You can get a porter to help you carry them, if needed. Customs might ask you a couple questions, and you could be searched, although that is very rare. Usually you can go right through.
Southwest does not have luggage check-in at the port.
We use Happy Limo, so I'm not sure about the buses, but you'll probably have to wait until it fills before you leave.
All in all, it's a painless process. Usually there isn't even a line to disembark, and the customs line tends to be minimal. Disney's process is AWESOME compared to other cruise lines where you sometimes wait literally hours.
