Can someone give me the step-by-step procedures for disembarkation...what time it starts, where/how you get your luggage, how to get through customs, can we check in our airline at the terminal (Southwest), how long do you wait for a bus to leave...Thanks.

I can give you part of it:
Disembarkation usually starts around 7:30 or 7:45, and there is no set time for you to disembark, unlike other cruise lines. You can have a sitdown breakfast, buffet, or just leave early.
You leave your bags outside your stateroom the night before, and they will be in a color coded area downstairs in the termina. Or, if you prefer, just keep them with you.
You get your bags and walk to the customs line. You can get a porter to help you carry them, if needed. Customs might ask you a couple questions, and you could be searched, although that is very rare. Usually you can go right through.
Southwest does not have luggage check-in at the port.
We use Happy Limo, so I'm not sure about the buses, but you'll probably have to wait until it fills before you leave.
All in all, it's a painless process. Usually there isn't even a line to disembark, and the customs line tends to be minimal. Disney's process is AWESOME compared to other cruise lines where you sometimes wait literally hours.

They also play the DISEMBARKATION TALK on your T.V the day before you disembark just in case you miss the "mandatory" disembarkation talk they hold ...wink, wink....:teeth:

IF, you know that you are over your duty-free limit and will have to pay the federal government some money, you take your form and money to one of the lounges on Deck 3 at about 6:30 AM. After they collect the money, they give you a receipt that you show at Customs. It's very fast and easy.

We were two bottles of alcohol over our limit so my DH went to the 6:30 am meeting and they waived the fee since it was so minimal.

The porters are really the ones who can rush you right through customs. Our porter loaded up all our luggage :o took our form and walked us through customs. The customs agent asked where we were all born, and we were through.

Since we had Tiffany Towncar, the porter took us right out to where the car was waiting. The longest part of the whole process was the bottleneck in the atrium when people were getting off and it took us 15 minutes total. We found our luggage in under a minute.

Disney knows how to get things done!

And yes, we cried since we had to leave :(

We waited to disembark until about 8:45am. No crowds.
I would recommend waiting unless you have early travel plans.
