Hi everyone!

Just wondering if everyone should try to be at DC at 8 am for registration, even if you are not doing the dolphin swim? Does it still take a while to register, as everyone is in the same line? Thanks! :)

It doesn't take long to check in, 5 minutes or so. If you're not doing the dolphin swim, you don't really need to be there early. You'll obviously have to wait your turn to check in, but since everything else is kind of "do what you want when you want to", being there at 8 or 9 won't make a difference. You'd just have a little less time at breakfast, and more lockers and wetsuits will be taken, but since there's a limited amount of people allowed in a date, it shouldn't be an issue.

Thanks so much for the information. I know DH will not want to miss the breakfast so I guess we will plan to arrive as close to 8 as possible. ;)

You wouldn't miss the breakfast, I think it goes until 10am or so. It just matters if you really like to linger over it. When you go, you'll check in and get your ID cards, then you can choose to go and get your wetsuit and goggles and locker first or go to breakfast first.
