I'm trying to decide between doing the Dolphin encounter in Nassau while on a Disney Cruise (This would also include a day at aqua adventure in atlantis)

or

A day at Discovery Cove with the dolphin swim

I havent done either one so I have no idea which one would be best for us. They are also the same price.

We are a family of 4. I have 2 boys who will be 8 and 6 when we sail.

Thanks

I've done both and they are very similar. The biggest difference being that you get to "ride" on the dolphin at Discovery Cove. At Nassau, you only get to pet, feed, and kiss the dolphin on a platform (you are not actually in the water with the dolphins). At Discovery Cove, you are actually in the water with the dolphins and you get to feed, kiss, touch, dance, interact, and finally "ride" the dolphin to shore.

I don't think you can go wrong with either experience. :)

Thank you for you answer.

You weren't in the water because you must have booked Wade with the dolphin instead of swim with the dolphin. In 2006 we were in the water and we did a foot push!
