Discovery Cove vs Disney

If you had to make the choice of going to Discovery Cove for one day or doing five days at Disney what would you do? Have been to Disney five times, last year being the last time. Have never done Discovery Cove but heard it was fantastic. Have done Seaworld itself just not Discovery Cove. Can't afford both this trip. So for those who have done both, is one day at Discovery Cove worth more than five days at Disney?

With your one day at Discovery Cove you do get a 14 day ticket to Sea World, Aquatica or Busch Gardens, you have to pick one included in the DC price. For about $50 more you can go to all three parks. We have gone to both, love both but will say our day at Discovery Cove tops our best vacation days ever spent It was just awesome. I will definitely take the kids when they are a bit older.

If you've done Disney 5 times I say definitely do Discovery Cove. When we went the kids said it was their favorite even over Disney.

I would go with Discovery Cove. Like previously mentioned, you get a ticket for another SW park and can upgrade it for a small fee.
