I searched and couldn't find anybody who has done the $799 vip package it's $400 more than the Elite package. anybody do this?

reviving this old thread to see if anyone can give a review of the VIP experience. I am interested in booking for my 40th birthday celebration! Worth it? Or just do the Elite?

It really depends on what you really want from the experience--having done both the VIP and Elite I actually thought that VIP was not worth the extra money--Positives for the VIP were that you get a cabana that is guaranteed to have a hammock (which was a big one for us)--dolphin swim reservations handled by your butler even before you get there and you are guaranteed an early swim if that is what you want--butler get your a preferred table for both breakfast and lunch--butler picks up your photos and delivers them to you--butler offers to tour you around the park if you would like--I must say that was not particularly taken with the animal encounter nothing truly negative to say but perhaps if they had given us the choice of animals I would have considered it a better package perk--other than these points I do not recall much more difference between VIP and Elite--but things could have changed--hope this helps
