A couple of questions - if my DH does not partake in the Dolphin swim will he be able to get close enough to us to watch and take picutures/video? Am I allowed to take a camera with us into the pool for the dolphin swim?

You can get fairly close from the beach for pictures.

No, your camera will not be allowed. Can not bring anything extra in to the water. Have to take off all watches, headbands, etc.
