Discover the Magic Tour in July?

I am interested in taking the Discover the Magic Tour during our visit in July. I called to book the tour in May and was told to wait and call 30 days ahead. When I called this morning the Cast Member said that the tour does not come up to book during the July 19-23 timeframe.

Does anyone know what might be going on? Has anyone else successfully booked this tour for July?

Any information or insight would be much appreciated. We are taking my 5-year old niece and I know she would love this tour!

No help from me...sorry! I do have a question though - What does this tour offer?? Or...can you lead me in the direction of a page that talks about all the DL tours?

I know they stopped offering the tour during the time when they were working on changing TSI into Pirate's Lair. Perhaps now that Pirate's Lair is now finished, they are needing to change the tour to include the Pirate theme of the island.

I would still call back periodically to see if they have started offering it again.

Well I know that they're not offering this tour next week. As in the first week of July. Like DangerMouse said, they’re still working on new adjustments. We opted for the Walt in Walt’s Footsteps….. on the Fourth of July.

We got a pin that says "Discover the Magic" on it and got to keep a couple other things we picked up along the tour (don't want to spoil any surprises). Nothing spectacular, just fun little trinkets.
