Discounts on Universal Passes

The prices I see on that link are $94.95 (advance purchase) and $105.95 (immediate use). Am I doing something wrong?

:confused3 I don't see those prices.... maybe try and clear your 'cookies' :confused3 It DOES say $85.99 for the advance purchase tho.....

Just FYI, Publix on Kirkman Road still has the $99 PowerPass gift cards available. They are in the gift card rack on the right side just inside the entrance. They cost 106.45 total and they worked great!

so, just to confirm that I have this correct....I can purchase today, online from the Universal site...the 2-park unlimited admission tickets for $85.99 and I'll be able to use them for our stay this coming Jan. 9 - 13? That would work out perfect for us since we'll have a nice leisurely 5 days to use those before boarding our cruise out of Cape Canaveral.

Yep...you are correct! :thumbsup2

I'm surprised that I haven't read anything about this yet, but I just got my tickets at COSTCO and whew, what a good deal! It was 89.00 for 3 months unlimited use at Universal and IOA. That sure beats 7 days unlimited !

Thank you for posting this! These aren't available at my local Costco (not surprising, as I'm in Los Angeles) but I called the South Orlando Costco and they still offer them there. This should work out well for us, as we will probably return in 3 months for my niece's high school dance competition in February (urg.)

I would certainly never have known about this, without reading it here--thanks for sharing!

Odd question:

I paid I think $86.98 each (plus tax) back in summer 2007 for 4 of these tickets (purchased from the Universal web site) . I do not actually have the tickets but have a confirmation number. I have yet to pick up the tickets.

I am wondering if I can contact US/IOA guest services and have the $6 difference per ticket (plus tax) credited back to my credit card?

I would not want to have to get a refund and then re-purchase them since I paid with a Canadian credit card and would then have to incur the foreign currency exchange fee (charged by the credit card company) again.

Any info. would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you

she is more likely to see that then the post here right away.

wet n wild post the flex tix for exclusive 10 bucks off if purchased online. if u click the link it goes to the purchase page but shows now discount. what did i do wrong?

My dh has a conf at RPH. Not sure if this can include the stay four nitghts and get free admission tickets. If so, does this mean we will not have to purchase tickets? I thought the 7 day deal for $81 looked like the best deal. we will be there 4 or 5 nights.

hmm, usually when you stay at the on site hotel due to a conference, they have a combined deal for the guests.

when best buy had their conference a couple of years ago at hrh, the park tickets were given to the people at the conference.

go to the website for hotels and see which would be a cheaper deal for you.
break it down and check for room rate and tickets compared to the package.

usually you come out ahead if you book separately.

first see if you are getting a discount conference rate on the room and any additional perks with it.

i am assuming one adult in the party you are with is a spouse and you and the kids? if any are joining in. therefore the need to know which is better economically for you

I just read it again and the free tickets are for value season. we are going in june. the conf tickets are offered but they are not as good a deal as the 7 day $81.
