Discounts on Universal Passes

i don't know about walmart having UO tickets cheaper.

the special promo for 7 days is a great deal. it's sold thru universal site

when i buy tickets for disney, i use undercover tourist website.
those tickets are cheaper but the uo ones are not from that website.

you can call walmart and get an idea of their selliing price or go to their website to check the prices.

I would think if your card has the VISA logo on it, you can use it to make your purchase ;) If you opt for electronic pickup, you'll need to bring the card you made the purchase with to the pickup kiosk (for ID purposes)...if you don't have it, take your receipt to Guest Services and they will issue your ticket. I wouldn't wait for Walmart, try the UO website for the ticket or your local AAA.

Does anyone know if they will have the 7 day unlimited for next year or will it end this year ????:scared1:

we never know when a promo will be pulled. it could be tomorrow or it could be at the end of the year. we just don't know.

last year the promo was a 5 day both park special.

this is the first time i can recall of the special of 7 day park ticket.

if you think you are going to UO, buy the promo now.
it could disappear overnight.

when the meal deal had the special price, it lasted a very short time.
the day i was going to order it, it was pulled.

Publix is currently offering the 2 Park Power Pass for $99(reg. $129). Has anyone heard when this promotion will end? I have looked on the Publix website and can't find anything and they don't have an expiration date on the signs in the stores.

I'm surprised that I haven't read anything about this yet, but I just got my tickets at COSTCO and whew, what a good deal! It was 89.00 for 3 months unlimited use at Universal and IOA. That sure beats 7 days unlimited !

(Dreams Unlimited Travel will order these tickets for you at the price quoted and have them shipped them to the address listed above if you selected the shipping option. No Check or Debit Cards) "

I have a VISA debit card, therefore I am unable to purchase this offer?

I really don't know :confused3 Try it....see what happens....the worst that can happen is it doesn't go thru.

The three months starts when you use the tickets for the first time, right? Do they expire by a certain time or if we buy them now and decide to skip Universal this year will they work next year or so?
Thanks!
Lynn

Yes...time starts from 1st day of use/activation :thumbsup2

Lynn, we bought ours online last spring, when they were available online (no more). Ours say they activate automatically on Dec 31, 2007, if not activated sooner, and expire 3 months later (no later than Mar 31, 2008. If the ones they are selling in the stores are the same, you would not be able to use them a year from now. Check the actual tickets before you buy them. HTH!

Is that deal offered in Florida Costcos? I want to take my daughter for her birthday and was going to do the 7 day $99 deal...I did not know about the one for 3 months!! Can I still get these? TIA

Can someone please help me. I thought I saw a 2 day- 2 park ticket on the website a couple of days ago that cost around $89. Am I confusing this with the 7-day ticket that is now offered for $95 or was there really such a thing?

There is/was a 2 day/2 park....but if you are thinking of going that route, you may as well (advance) purchase the 7 day for $85.99 ..... would be cheaper than a 2 day/2 park ticket anyhows :goodvibes

phamton is the resident 'ticket' expert here....she'll let you know ;)

Where can I find the ticket for this price? The only one I found on the Universal website was $95.

That is the advance purchase price (meaning "purchase online and not using in the next 2 days) on the Universal website....the "immediate onsite" price is $95.

Also, if you, or anyone you know, belongs to AAA, they may have some there too....

The prices I see on that link are $94.95 (advance purchase) and $105.95 (immediate use). Am I doing something wrong?
