Discounts: DVC vs AP vs Disney Visa

I want to make sure I get the biggest discounts on dining and shopping while at Disney World.

1) Is this website kept up to date?
There seems to be at least one discount which isn't on there (some restaurants have a bigger dinner discount if you eat during certain hours)

2) Are there other websites or apps which compare the discounts?

3) In your experience, have cast members known which discount is the biggest, or do you have to tell them which one to use?

Mouseperks seemed to be accurate during our summer trip, But I see they are not listing any of the 30% discounts (during some dinner hours) right now.

CM's usually seem to know the biggest discount.

You're lucky. I took the 30% discount at Olivia's (OKW) a couple of times and loved it.

Thanks - This should still work well for us. Anyone know if I "should" make reservations? Last time we went, hardly anyone was in the place but it was for lunch. We will be there Sept 10-14. We hate reservations because we don't know what we will be doing hour by hour.

well, I just checked and no reservations available for those times for the 2 nights we will be staying for dinner at the resort. Oh well...

ETA: nevermind. I plugged in "dinner" and it was showing only after 6 times but if I plugged in 5p, some were available.
