discounted rates This Aug/Sept advice

This is our first trip to the Mariott GV, i have been on their website direct and been quoted for a 2 bed villa $252 per night for 6nts, is this a good rate? ( from 2nd sept 2011)

We also want to stay at the hard rock for 3nts prior to this are there only rack rates or is there somewhere that might have discounts?

We are starting our holiday for 5nts on 25th Aug 2011 at WDW beach club I know there are discounts early Aug do you think Disney will extend to late Aug. ( missed out on free dining option as not able to book till mid May)

People rent the Marriott on eBay and redweek.com, so you may investigate those options if you want to save some money.
