Yes, my daughter has done it. The DVC discount is not really considered a discount. The DVC price is the ticket price (minus $100). On the FAQ is actually says it applies to certain APs to include DVC APs (no Seasonal FL APs). THis is a wonderful savings, esp, for us DVC members.....too bad I bought my grand daughter's ticket on April 27...!! Before I knew this perk was coming, I would have waited until she arrived on May 9th.

BTW--if you would like a copy of the FAQ that is on the AP website, I can forward it to you to help you understand the guidelines in case you have any other questions. Email me and I'll send it to you. I printed it for my daughter when she got her APs. JJTnana@aol.com

Same thing here. Bought my new one on-line via Will Call & did DH's in person on May 2. DS's Mickey Monitor didn't come until May 19 so we missed out all around! UGH!

I have four WDW Passholder Pass-Along Savings cards, good for 10% off annual passes if you plan to buy them at the park gate this summer (by July 31). They are good for up to 6 annual passes so a big family can save $$$. They were sent to current passholders to share with family and friends. If you PM your address to me, I'll send ya one!

Still have a few left--the ones who contacted me yesterday don't have trips til August -- these cards are good for up to 6 APs (these have to be new but they can be tourist, DVC, or FL and you can take another ticket you have an upgrade it to a new AP -- all the pertinent info is in the first post!) for 10% off per ticket for you purchased by July 31 at a Disney ticket location (themeparks, DTD).

I will get a 25.00 gift card for each AP bought from my referrals so its a win win. 10% off for you/gift cards for me!

I received vouchers in the mail for 10% off annual passes. I have three cards that I will not be using, and if anyone is interested in receiving these cards P.M. me and I will send you them via mail. You only need one card and you can use the discount for up to 6 passes. You must buy the tickets at one of the four theme park main entrance ticket windows in order to get the discount. Also, this deal is good from May 1 to July 31. P.M if you are interested

I'm out, but I wanted to be sure of your terminology.

A "voucher" with regards to an AP typically refers to around here an unactivated AP voucher, which you get if you purchase an AP that is not to be activated yet. You cannot purchase or redeem a voucher as part of this offer.

I think you are simply referring to the pass-along savings card, which YES, you can use to purchase a DVC AP, and you can do so at all the same locations you can normally purchase an AP, which is pretty much every ticket booth and Guest Relations at the parks and DTD.

What if I am not with my daughter when she goes to guest relations to buy her AP with DVC discount. I plan on sending her with my DVC card. On the member phone line I was told I would need to purchase a voucher which she would then take to guest relations to get her AP. They said I would also need to get a special number code from them since I will not be present.
Has anyone had a family member get a Ap without member with them?
