You can get a refund. My daughter bought her tickets on May 9th and spoke to a manager. There is an email address that you have to contact to get a refund. Maybe Cheshire Figment can help you. I'll try to get the email address from my daughter this weekend. You have to email them the voucher number and some other info and they will refund your cc.

OK,I have a question. I read the first couple of pages but can't make it through all of them. LOL Pretend I was looking at going to WDW in Aug for free dining (hoping to talk dh into letting me do this since he'll be so busy). Hoping to spend a week onsite and a week offsite. Buying 10day MYW tix and upgrade to APs since we will probably go back in April of next year (if I have aps, I could probably even sneak in another trip next summer too). For myself and 4 kids (dh and oldest ds would probably not go in August), the discounted tix through UCT would be about $1060. What would it cost to upgrade assuming I could get a 10% discount? If I am reading it correctly, I would pay the $1060 and then APs would be $2033 (using the guide on page 1). Do they take off the $1060 making what I have to pay for APs $973? Thanks for any info you may have. If this would work out, I may need to find a part time job for a couple months. It would so be worth it to have 4 trips within 16 months!

The 10% off is only good through July 31st, so if you are not going to WDW in person until August, the 10% is no good to you.

But in general, you can apply any MYW ticket towards an upgrade of that ticket (such as an AP), so long as the target ticket costs more (you generally cannot get a refund). If you do this before you've used the original ticket, they will use the purchase price. HOWEVER, if you use the ticket at least once first, and you upgrade before 14 days have passed, then you will get credit for the GATE price of the ticket, which would save you a few more dollars.

Unfortunately everyone over the age of 18 getting an AP must be present with a photo ID. I believe children must at least be present, but do not need ID.

Just wondering if anyone has used the discount card yet to upgrade/purchase an AP yet? I'd like to know how that went at the ticket window? Any problems?

Just wanted to confirm that my daughters got their DVC APs this past Sunday and were able to use the 10% discount. No problems at all!
