Yup! Timing is everything! For once I was one of the ones who got their cards early and there was still a demand for them. Now it literally looks like you can't give them away.

No you can't!!! My offer is a good 10 pages back now and I don't have any takers!

Just wanted to let people know NOT to expect that they will be able to give the cards away at this point. People interested in getting APs already got them.

Question - I just ordered an AP voucher from DVC. I got it yesterday and it was dated 5/5/09. Do you think I can also use the 10% card?

No. It must be a purchase of an AP or PAP at a Park Ticket Window or Guest Relations Office.

I would disagree with that - I think that a good number of people have gotten it but there are so many people that haven't even logged on since this happened - not everyone is here every day.

People ebb and flow through the website.

Gosh there are still threads on a semi regular basis where people ask when did Pleasure Island close and that happened over 6 months ago. Regulars would assume everyone knows that.

There are still two full months for people to decide they want/need cards.

You probably should read back through the thread -- the DVC price is not a discounted price per se but a DVC price so if you are buying new APs (not renewals) anyway you would get the 10% off the DVC price.

Just so you know, us DVC members can get the 10% off IN ADDITION to the DVC discount. The DVC discount isn't called a discount, but a perk.

On another thread I was "corrected" (I thought our DVC discount was a better deal) that the DVC AP discount is not a discount but rather a "perk", so in fact the 10% off can be applied ON TOP of our DVC "price" for AP's. Just fyi.
