Does anyone know if Disney Cruise Line offers a discount for Florida residents?

7-Night Cruises

Disney Cruise Line is extending special rates to Florida residents for 7-Night cruises that sail through 3/27/04.

As low as $649 per adult for a standard inside stateroom (Category 11), based on double occupancy
4-Night Cruises

Disney Cruise Line is extending special rates to Florida residents for 4-Night cruises that sail through 2/29/04.

As low as $399 per adult for a deluxe inside stateroom (Category 11), based on double occupancy
3-Night Cruises

Disney Cruise Line is extending special rates to Florida residents for 3-Night cruises that sail through 3/4/04.

As low as $349 per adult for a standard inside stateroom (Category 11), based on double occupancy

Fl resident discounts are available thru DU and www.allseastravel.com. There is a special section of the all season's web site. The discounts are only offered about 3 months in advance and only on cruises that aren't filled by full price passengers.

If you book thru DU , they will continue to track rates and discounts which may apply. If you qualify for a FL resident or any other type of discount, they will revise your booking to include the new discount. Thus, you can book at full price, and still take advantage of a FL resident discount if it becomes available.

Some discounts cannot be combined...so you need to look at which deal is better overall. For instance, you cannot combine an onboard re-booking discount with most other discounts.

I booked with AAA and they are watching for the Fl residents' discount. I am watching too! If one becomes available for our date, they will apply the discount. I received a shipboard credit from AAA but I will forfeit that to get the discount.

This past year FL resident rates went at least through June 12 and included May. They usually don't publish until around 2 months out and sometimes after the final payment is due. They will issue a refund but as noted, you'll give up any credit's to do so. We lost $125 in credits in favor of a $560 discount.
