The rates are all over the place- I just checked mine again and now Portofino is less than RPR, and SF is more expensive that either of them. Glad I got a good RPR rate locked in when I did.

It's often determined by availability. Each hotel also has different views...so water view at RPR may be more expensive that garden view at PBH.
