Sometimes the website lets you make a reservation which includes the full price night. Sometimes you have to make 2 separate reservations. One with the full price might & 1 with the discounted nights. You could try & change it online yourself & see what it does. Otherwise call & see what the CM can do. They maybe able to get guest services to help if the regular CM can’t. Even if they can’t do it in 1 reservation, guest services should be able to split it & keep that first night for you. (It’s been getting harder to make a 1 night reservation.)
Ok, thanks. I tried to book 2 separate reservations but it is showing no availability for just the one night. So I will try calling and see what they can do.
