discount on Disney's annual pass

What kind of discount does DVC owners receive when purchasing the Annual pass for the parks?

Currently we receive $100 off an annual pass and $125 off a premium AP. There is also a good, but not as substantial, discount for renewals.

The only exception is if you are a Fl resident. Residents get $20 off I believe and no discount on renewals.
