Discount offer from snail mail vs. email

I was just told that if you have your email on file with Disney, then you will only get emailed offers. The CM seemed annoyed that I had called about a pin. My snail mail loses my mail a lot so I call to see if I had missed anything. I had not heard of this and I'm not sure I believe it. Between checking for pins and looking for availability for an AP discount at WL in Oct., I seem to be getting some grumpy CMs the last couple of weeks. :confused:
 
I think the recent increase of grumpy CMs is due to the increased traffic in bookings due to the FD promotion (another thing to blame FD for).

I get snail mail as well as e-mail codes.
 
Yesterday I got a PIN emailed to me and today I got the same PIN in my regular mail as well. Sorry you had a grumpy CM. I'm sure they are equally annoyed with the PIN system as you are and were more grumpy towards that then you personally.
 
I received a 25%/35% card in the mail yesterday but nothing via email. I did receive several of those Disney Destinations emails about the resorts I was browsing a few weeks ago as we made our plans, so I know Disney has my email address, but none of those contained a code.
 

we have received both through my husband's email, my email and our home address (of course they are always for when we CAN'T go :( )
