Thinking about returning to DL for a 2nd trip. After being constantly bombarded with discount codes from WDW, it made me wonder if DL sends out the same. And, if they do, does anyone have any advice on how to receive one?

They do. You might try ordering the planning cd, and savings some offers on the disneyland.com site.
