Disconnected FASTPASSes

I have heard that several attractions' FP machines are not linked to the rest of the system. Is this true? This means that you would be able to hold two FPs at the same time without having to wait for one to be used or the two hours. The following attractions are the ones:

Roger Rabbit's Car Toon Spin
World of Color
California Screamin'

Once more, is this true? Also, are DL and DCA on the same FP system or separate. Could you get one at one park, then hop to the other park to get one?

Yes it is true. And DL and DCA are on separate systems.

That Screamin is now disconnected is new. And I suspect temporarary. BTMRR was disconnected for several months last year and then re-connected.

Two more questions: Are FP return times now been enforced at DL and DCA? Also, do you think that California Screamin' will still be "disconnected" as of early August? Thanks again for the quick reply!

FP return times are not being enforced at the DLR.

It is impossible to know with any certainty if Screamin' will continue to be disconnected, best to check back here occasionally for the latest info.

Roger Rabbit is still disconnected too, at least it was on April 5, 2012.
