Hello everyone! So Georgia's skirt is done. Its not as cute as I wanted, but it works and she loves it. so that is what matters! I also finished her cake. Which was also NOT how I wanted it to turn out! I had cross bones on it, but I had to cut them out and construct it from another cake, but it wouldn't allow frosting! Grrrrrrrrrrr so I figured it out, and we made two cakes. the other is still cooling. Tomorrow I have to finish the crayon roll ups for the party favors. and the party is at 12:30!! YIKES YIKES YIKES!

this is an iron on I got at Walmart! I love it.

The cake. I had to fix the teeth. after seeing it in the picture I was not enjoying it!

Okay, since all of you are so creative I figured I would ask you for some suggestions. My little girl is turning 4 next month and is having her party at a local gymnastics place. She just started taking lessons and is absolutely IN LOVE with it. She won't stop talking about it!! (It is so cute to watch her...anyway...lol)

I want her to have something cute to wear to the party but it has to be rather simple and easy to move around in since they will be doing gymnastics. Any ideas?? I would greatly appreciate it.

You could do a t-shirt with an applique of a large number 4, maybe in some sort of gymnastic print fabric?

I finally uplaoded the pics of my DD in the Mulan dress. She was a big hit, all the CM's kept saying "Hello Mulan" to her. Mulan herself got a big kick out of the dress and came over to the line took my DD by the hand and walked to the temple with her. Where they just had a lovely chat. Mulan did not seem to want my DD to leave

I think one of those tulle tutu's would be adorable. You could make it a little shorter than usual. Depending on how many guests she's having you could even make them for all the girls.

I love this. Kirsta wants a Mulan outfit. Where can you find her besides Epcot? Did I read MGM? I've thinking of ideas for it, but I'm afraid to start to early since we still have 6-7 months to go. My luck, she'll grow at the last minute.

Yes it is a silky material. I think that is why it get's the "Is that PJs?" all the time. Hey, she likes it so I'm not going to worry about it. Of course I say that now, but every time she wears it I'll be freakin out. I'm going to add a ruffle to one of her skirts in the same fabric. That should look nice. Here's a better picture

My vote goes to tulle tutus too!! They are super easy and adjustable, everyone can have one!! You could also bling or embellish a leotard.

Me Too!!! Love luke fishing he doesn't look afraid at all- Mine is still a little freaked by the fish. But he loves fishing!!

oh yes, if you go to the fabric store there is 2 kinds of tulle, shiny tulle and regualer matte tulle. I only get the shiney usually and it is double the price sometimes, so watch that.

The Wonderland Tea Party? I plan to do that but right now she is too young. She's only 2. I would fudge it but since parents don't stay I don't think it would work. She will see Alice & the Mad Hatter at breakfast though.

I'm pushing it but I'm taking her to the Perfectly Princess Tea Party.
