Have you ever tried Weight Watchers? I'm doing the core program and it's GREAT! You can eat from the list of core foods, until you feel satisfied! So, you're never hungry! I love it!

I applaud you for doing so well on core. I was in WW for 18 mos or so and I didn't make one week on core Some day I'm going to find it in me to get back there, because I really love WW.

Today is Leighanna's birthday! She wanted to say Thank You! for the wonderful balloons! She was in heaven!

I added a few more to the bouquet:

She had a bowling party. A little too dressed up to bowl, but a princess can never really be too dressed up, can they?

I have a distant cousin who used to skate with the disney on ice productions- She went all over the place.

How did you miss Handy Manny...he was the best part. .LOL. He almost made the whole show...he even looked like Wimer...doesn't he...I need to post my vidoes on Youtube...his tools in his toolbox even talked...it was cute!

Hi!!! How is everyone's weekend going? I finally almost finished the Aurora outfit. I need to buy pink ribbon to lace up the back, I put grommets in and made it corset style. Other that that it's done...

Ireland isn't feeling well, so pardon the model..LOL.

I love the Aurora dress....it looks great! I hope Ireland feels better soon.

So I was planning on something Cinderella for dd tonight, but instead I decided that it would be fun to make a matching doll outfit....

Dd's dress and the doll's dress:

I have to hide the doll's dress from her since she doesn't even have an 18 inch doll yet. I think I will take it to WDW with us, and give it to her after Disney Girl Tea Party when she gets her Sleeping Beauty Doll. I also ordered her an AG Mia doll yesterday for her birthday but she won't be getting that till August. Yeah..you must think I am crazy..sewing for dolls that dd doesn't even have yet. LOL

I also don't know why I always take pictures by the ORANGE wall. It was one of those colors..you think will get darker as it dries, only to find out, it turned more orange-ie, as it dried. ICK!
Anyway, I finished a jacket and pants set tonight, but wanted to finish the top before I show it all to you.

Yay!!!!! Elisa! That really turned out cute! I totally love calico prints for the pricesses (Snow White next for me). I love the skirt too...very cool! THJAT pattern was the devil for me. It drove me to drink (not really).

Gorgeous! I love that combination. I am working on the stripwork pattern on 3 different tops (with matching jeans). I'm pretty sure I have tons of Minnie Dot so maybe that will be next! I love dolly outfits too.

Yes! There, I said it- now I have to do it! I thought about doing a pre-trip report, but I think we'll just do a TR. It sounds so funny when you say grand gathering. To us, it's just our family! All 15 of us went out to eat as a group a while ago and I looked around and realized that it's pretty rare to see a whole family like ours out and about. We also all went to see Enchanted (except for Sawyer an Henry) that day. We took up the entire back row + 1 more seat of the theater!



Yes, but I don't know if the Dis is ready for that particular brand of interesting... Teresa and I will experience something one way and our brother will have an entirely different view on the situation- as seen from Mars.

Hi everyone. I am out of comission for sewing for a few days possibly a week. I fell down our front steps, well actually slid down on the ice on my Butt, I now have a lovely shade of purple on my bottom, thankfully no broken tail bone, just too sore to sit for a long period of time. To make me feel better DH took me and dds to the mall today (ds is at a party) I can walk unlimited, just don't ask me to sit So we went' to the disney store and found those net canopies for on the girls beds, they have giselle on them and are pink and oh so pretty, they were $49.99 marked down to $14.99 then 50% off, so we paid $7.49 for each. Talk about a steal. love to find good deals.

Aww I hope you start to feel better soon...or better yet able to SIT soon!! Hey great deal at the Disney store, I may have to run out tomorrow and check out our Disney store!!!

And just cuz' it was funny- Ds trying to hold dn back- he want to GO

There have been some great outfits lately.

Ok so I have not been sewing these past few days because I have been working on this. Ds5 said he wanted a Splash Mountain cake so I worked on it around the clock. His party is tomorrow and he has not seen it yet. We kept it hidden in the house til he wakes up.

I was really hoping this logo sign would have been more clear but the icing started to run together. I took forever for me to do as it was my first attempt at color form writing so I tried to cut myself some slack.

Brer Rabbit, his bag and his door are color form too. I liked the way the door turned out different colors of brown by streaking the bag.

I just found out that we're going to be at WDW during the last Pirate & Princess Party before summer, it's the day after Delaney's 4th birthday. I think I'll be getting the tickets on Friday. I can't wait. Now I have to plan a pirate outfit for her. I know what I'm wearing. My sister wenches would go nuts to have a picture taken in garb with Jack Sparrow. (swoon) I just hope I can deal with the heat in a steel boned bodice. It may be hot but I'll try to make it through.

I had gotten a pettiskirt on and I've got some pirate fabric so I'll just have to bite the bullet and attempt to shir a corset top for DD. Although, she'll probably want to be a princess but she does love that pettiskirt.

There have been so many great outfit lately! Everyone is making beautiful things!

Clare, my DH said the same thing about not going wrong with M&S undies. I guess I'll have to get some when we're over in December. I can't wait to come over this year, we're going to spend quite awhile over this year. I think we're going to even get some time in London. I can't wait to take Delaney to Hamley's.

I've got to get back to my cross-stitch, I'll make sure to take pictures when I get it done, I'm a little behind but since I did work a lot around the house today, I plan on sitting down and focusing on it this week. I have to make sure the stitching is done by Friday because I need to frame it on Friday since the party is on Saturday.

I also wanted to say count me in for losing weight. I've been thinking about WW, I haven't done it in years, but I need to sit and figure a few things out. I have to get back into the gym, I signed up for my first running race, it's on March 8, I'm only doing the one mile fun run but I'd like to get in at least 2 5Ks this year.

Now I need to just figure out where my embroidery scissor ended up and I'm all set to get back to work on the cross-stitch.

I have to ask.... Where is everyone getting the Minnie Dot Fabric? I was in Hancock's today and I asked about special ordering it and they said that it had been discontinued and that they didn't even have any left over in the warehouse that I could buy.

We all bought it in bulk at Walmart during last Halloween season. We tend to copy each other in a good way. We all have enough to make a full size tent and a kingsize comforter or two. Some of us have actual bolts, but I won't name names.

It's sort of a seasonal print in this area. but you might get lucky. I've seen a smaller dot at JoAnn's before.

I love this cake. I always enjoyed doing sculpted cakes. I always wanted to try color form, but the bakery owner where I worked would not teach it to me because he said that it is too time consuming and since we had the Sweetart machine it would be a waste of time. I think I might try and pick it up myself.
