Thank you so much! I was just very unpeep like I had 2 cupcakes for my bday..add that to the one I had this weekend that is 3 cupcakes in one week! :scared1: but hey its my bday! ;) so calories dont count right?

I was here but only in spirit. DD2 woke up early this morning, I usually DIS in the morning before the kiddos wake up for school. I went to WW too and I'm not a good peep.:sad1:

As for WATP they are really good dvds..Leslie Sansone is the woman that does them..you dont need any equiptment at all..just room to walk and kick a little...she does do some strength exercises with stretchy bands and light weights too, but they are optional :)

I'm here 2! Because I ate pizza on sunday yesterday I went wild with working out. I did Turbo Jam Punch Kick and Jam, Lower body jam and 15 minutes of abs.

this morning I killed myself with Jillian MIchael's 30 day shred 1 & 2.

and I only have 15 more days till Disney!!!! :woohoo:

Hey Peeps!

Well, I am back from my cruise and am officially ready to start being a peep again. I'm sort of gradually weaning myself off food :rotfl: . It is impossible to go from 7 days of nonstop eating to 3 mini-meals a day and maybe a snack or two. I did make a goal to stop drinking soda (diet or regular) which went pretty well today (day #1). I admit I brought a can in the car with me on the way back to work, but I had about 3 big sips.

So this week and next week, I'm working 2 days a week filling in until our office's new intern starts. This is the private practice I hope to be working for in the fall, full time. Then I'm heading off to disney for a few days to burn up the rest of my annual pass. I'm debating writing a trip report for it, but let's face it. I have started 3 trip reports and have yet to finish a single one of them. I always have good intentions though. We'll see.

Onto health issues. I think I may have a UTI or something. It doesn't exactly hurt when I pee, but today, I constantly have been feeling like I have to go to the bathroom and then it doesn't burn or hurt, but it feels "sensitive". Does that make sense? I've been drinking a lot of water and cranberry juice tonight when I got home so hopefully it can clear up on its own (which it has done once before).

Alright, just wanted to check in and say hello. I'm gonna try to read through the past posts and start replying more too.

Hi all!

Life is still crazy busy. I have to make some time to sit down and catch up. I am falling off of the wagon. Haven't been very PEEPish since last Friday's weigh in. I am afraid I am going to have a gain this week, which is NOT good b/c I really wanted to reach my Cinco de Mayo goal. :sad2:

Have to run to Wal-Mart before bed. Catch ya later.

Welcome home from the cruise. I was laughing so hard at the post when you said about going from eating all day to down to 3 small meals. How true that is. :lmao:

I think you might be right on the UTI thing. If the cranberry juice and lots of water doesn't please promise you'll go to the doctor.

I have not been peepish all weekend and it showed up on the scale yesterday when I got weighed at WW. I am not going to make my goal at all in fact I am way past my goal. Oh well today I start again. It's a new week for WW for me.

Gina - I think I might have to take a look at WATP. I need something for home. I really haven't been exercising in the last few months and alls that I have home right now are step aerobics tapes. Thanks for the support. I needed that this morning, today's a new day right.:)

I was busy all day yesterday, stopped in, but must not have posted....hmmmm...thought I did. Oh well. Another "Senior Moment". :confused3

Wendy...I made your Pumpkin Soup this morning with all intentions have having it for lunch...needless to say I am eating it for breakfast!!! :hippie: It smelled so good I couldn't resist!!! I'll probably eat it for lunch too!!! ;) Can you pass on the recipes for the other 2 soups you talked about?? I'd love to try those as well. Thanks!! :hug:

Today I am packing some more, looking at a house with my realtor and doing just a little running around. Off I go...........
 
I have some very sad news. My cat died suddenly while I was at work last night. He was fine all day, or at least appeared to be, but I found out on my break that he was gone. I am just so depressed today.
 
Good morning! I have tried to post three times this morning and keep running into trouble .... hopefully this will work!

Things have been quiet here the last few days... hope everyone is a-okay.

I have had a very difficult reeling the eating back in to "weight loss" mode after splurging at Disney, but I think I have finally gotten it under control. I was bound and determined that I would be back on program by Friday morning (we came home Thursday), but I ended up with a cold and very tired ( we ran ourselves RAGGED at Disney) and I was in the "just don't care" mindset. But I had an okay-not-great day on Monday and a terrific day (food and exercise wise) yesterday, so I finally feel back in control. And the scales have been nice! I have lost 1.4 of the 1.6 I gained in Disney. I may even make my Cinco De Mayo challenge (maybe I already have... can't remember).

I am setting myself another mini-goal to keep me honest and motivated. I have a birthday in about 6-ish weeks and I am setting a goal to lose 10 pounds by my birthday. That would put me at my lowest adult weight since 1994!!

Happy Belated Birthday to LMO! ..........................P
 
I have some very sad news. My cat died suddenly while I was at work last night. He was fine all day, or at least appeared to be, but I found out on my break that he was gone. I am just so depressed today.

So sorry to hear this! I totally understand how you feel. When we lost a kitty a few years ago I cried every night for a week. DH just didn't understand, but I felt so bad. She was such a sweet little kitty.

My sincere sympathy is with you .......................P
