How about a nice salad with the pizza and an apple or banana with your lunch?? You have no fruit & veggies in your plan and your body needs them. (Just a suggestion.) :hippie:
I know I need to get more fruit and/or veggies in my diet. It's the one thing I'm really having trouble with, I did have some 100% raspberry-acai juice yesterday that was pretty good.

I just want you to know I was just at Walmart and they have TV's mounting all over the store playing "commericals" guess what started playing while we were there, yup that one and I cracked up out loud and people started to stare. It was funny because I just read your post and then went to Walmart not too much after that. :lmao:

My legs are on fire. I look like a penguin waddlinig around right now.
I did the March for babies aka formerly the March for dimes walk
yesterday and did the 5k roughly almost 6miles. Well I feel really good
but really really sore. Can you tell I havent been working out.

Signed up for curves officially and start May 1st.

Oh cool! I hope you enjoy Curves as much as I do. I really am seeing some great results in muscle definition and I def. attribute that to Curves, since i only do other weight work about once a week...:)

Quick check in......... Weekend was god. I got a few things done for our trip :goodvibes Went off plan a bit but didn't do hardly any damage. And...

I met Lynda yesterday!!!!!! She posted she was coming to town to meet her friends who work at our zoo, so I PMed her my # since we had planned to be at the zoo too. She is so cute and super nice. Her Dh was fun as well. I hope they all have a great time on the home planet. We didn't take any pictures........ how silly, we both had our cameras there.

I've got to run, need to get some shopping done this morning.

I thought the same thing after we left you guys. We didn't take a picture! :headache: Well, we can make up for it if we can meet up on the trip in May. ;)

And just so you all know, Noni is just great as well and just SO nice! And her DH was funny too. I hope we get to see them again on our May trip. I'm sure we'd have a lot of fun. :goodvibes


I didn't eat so great this weekend either. Must be something in the air. I didn't go totally crazy though. I did much less damage than I would/could have a year or two ago though. I guess we'll find out on Friday if it registers on the scale. :scared:

I was up playing Scrabble on Facebook. I'd rather do that then sleep most nights. :rolleyes:
I stayed up way too late last night because I've been having nightmares. People drowning in mud, and vampires who are not cute and romantic "vegans", but bloodthirsty murderers. The past couple of weeks are taking their toll.
They are keeping my mom in the hospital another night to help her get well. Thank goodness my sister hates her job and is willing to take another day off to get my mom home. I already am taking Thursday off to attend a senior luncheon for my DD. If mom doesn't go home tomorrow, I'll take Wed. off to get her home.
I'm going to get on the bike now, because I doubt I will have the chance to hit the gym this week.
Erasers on pencils. I like that.
 
I'm here 2! Because I ate pizza on sunday yesterday I went wild with working out. I did Turbo Jam Punch Kick and Jam, Lower body jam and 15 minutes of abs.

this morning I killed myself with Jillian MIchael's 30 day shred 1 & 2.

and I only have 15 more days till Disney!!!! :woohoo:

i know, i made sure i worked hard at Curves yesterday too due to my crazy weekend eating...i will do WATP tonight of play tennis if the weather gets better!

I'm trying like crazy to get the Cinco de Mayo update posted, but my employer blocks Photobucket and most other photo sharing sites, and the one that I found that does work isn't loading right now. But I'm pretty certain that I won't be reaching my goal. I'm 1.3 pounds away, and the weight has been coming off extremely slow the past few months. Plus, it doesn't help that I've caught myself mindlessly munching all weekend and last night. I think my lack of progress is sort of throwing me off my game a bit. Or is it the other way around? Classic chicken and egg stuff here.

I'll get something up as soon as I can. But until then, have a great day everyone!

Aaron, I am so not going to make my goal this time again. I ate a whole block of Crackel Barrel baby swiss cheese for lunch Sunday and water was not even in my vocabulary last week at all. I think I might take a pass for this Friday. Yes it was that bad. I'm so mad at myself.
