Hi All,

Mony - That is great :cool1: (not the pneumonia and AF bit obviously!!)

Punkin - I read the carpet thing EXACTLY the same as you, slightly pervy!

Everyone - looking forward to HUGE numbers tomorrow! :thumbsup2

:lmao: :lmao: :rotfl2:

dirty diapers and dirty underwear are some of our idots' favorites

In case you get brave again, Morningstar makes a veggie corn dog that really is good. Dip it in a bit of ketchup...YUM!!
I love that veggie corn dog..i like mustard on mine :) its a great go-to snack!

both my dogs are OCD lickers. we keep covers on the couches so they don't ruin them. i buy new covers like twice a year.

i had lunch today with a friend i haven't seen since my wedding (6 years ago) and she and her boyfriend decided to buy a special education school bus (the short ones), renovate it into a mini RV and travel around the country. and get this - it runs on vegetable oil! :rotfl2:
Chief is quite the licker too...he likes to like the heck out of his dog bed..it sounds sooo gross in the middle of the night! :scared:
WOW...veggie oil bus..now that is GREEN! :) lol!

I thought of LINT LICKER from that awesome Orbit Gum Commercial. :rotfl2:
LOVE that commercial..i called my friend a Lint Licker like that girl does in the commercial at dinner the other night and we both lost it.

I had a sneak preview weigh in this morning...looking quite promising! i hope!

I did a sneak preview too... not great, only about 1.5 down, but hey I will take down instead of up!

It gets me firmly back to where I was before WDW derailed me, too.

Monica, sorry about the AF and pneumonia. And yes, I know what coughing does!!

I know I haven't posted here in a few days, but I've been busy. I got a job baby-sitting three days a week, for eight hours a day. So I'll be working an extra twenty-some hours a week, in addition to my hours at the grocery store. It'll only be until May, but it will make me enough to pay off my Disney trip. Unfortunatly, the one day I know I'm going to be baby-sitting and working a late shift at the grocery store, is DF's one day off work.

ETA - Any advice on baby-sitting a four year old?

Also, DF went to the doctor on Tuesday, and the doctor said he is doing much better. I really don't know how everything has seemed to just go away, but I know that he's been eating better, and exercising, and quit smoking. He had quit several times before, but always started again, but I think this time he has quit for good.

Other then that, everything's the same. I'm not counting calories and keeping track of them as much as I was before, but I'm eating less then I was before I started my diet. I've really only been eating two meals a day, lunch and dinner, since I restarted taking my thyroid medicine, (and it's at a higher dose now too,) since I have to take it on an empty stomach, and can't eat for an hour or so afterwards, so that pretty much eliminates breakfast from my diet, unless I eat breakfast for lunch, like I did yesterday.

Hi peeps. For those who remember me from way back in the original thread, I'm back. For everyone else, glad to meet you. I took quite a health hiatus and was glad to still see a peeps thread going strong. Last time I was here I had finally gotten down into the 190s but I stopped exercising and caring about what I ate and jumped back up to 220. Finally my husband said something about us really not being healthy and that we should care more about ourselves. So I'm back once again. I really loved the support from this group of people. Here's my plan: control my eating while at work (bfast, lunch and 2 snacks), real soda only once a week, lots of water, formal exercise 3x week and little bits here and there (like taking the stairs in the parking garage).

So far this week has been good except for the exercise bit. Only 1 day so far but I'll try to get working on that tonight.

be careful with only eating two meals a day. when you deprive your body of food it starts clinging to the food you do give it and your metabolism slows down and you start to gain instead of lose. it defies logic but it's true. my best friend is a fitness trainer and is in EXCELLENT shape and she eats like 6 small meals a day. i can't do that because of my schedule, but i ALWAYS fit in snacks between my 3 main meals and that seems to work for me. ;)

Dawn - I agree with that, the first thing our WW leader said to us was try to always eat all your points for the day, either 3 meals and snacks or 6 small meals. Of course I didnt understand that at first and tried to eat less points, stayed the same week after week but when I ate all my points I lost.
Im the same with my meals, I find a snack inbetween meals helps me rather than 6 small meals.

Honeymo - Welcome back :cool1:

speaking of marshmallow peeps, i noticed they have green peeps now. i love anything green!!!! i must resist.

i'm at home cleaning all day today. we're having an appraisal done tomorrow and, even though i know a clean house doesn't increase value, it can't hurt!

I hate peeps! Blech! Seriously, they are rank! It's the one candy I allow in my house, cause there's no way I'm wasting my time with that yuck! Papa brought over lots of colors the other day.

I'm just sitting here getting sooooooo skinny.

I'll add another vote here. I make sure to eat at least 1100 calories and in 3 separate meals with 1-2 snacks.

Oh me too... HATE peeps (the marshmallow kind anyhow).

Ok peeps what are we eating today?

Brocolli?

Grapes?

Shrimp?

That was yesterday.

Today?

Whose drinking their water?

This morning I had a slice of whole wheat bread and some peanut butter and 1/2 banana.

Lunch: Salad with feta and ham. Very light on the dressing.

Dinner:?????

5 glasses of water and 1 can of diet pop.

I usually don't have any, but for some stupid reason it helps my cough. Who knew?

I just had a SB wrap kit, a salad, and a sf pudding. 32 of my 64 oz is done for today. Did 45 min on the "arc" trainer at lunch (burned 445 cals according to it).

I posted this on the other thread too...
Those of you that jog alone, especially before dawn, please be very careful. A college senior at the U of North Carolina - Chapel Hill (about 20 min from where I live) was found dead yesterday AM of multiple gunshot wounds, only a few blocks from campus. They have reported that she was out for a pre-class jog. Chapel Hill is a small college town, and you would think that you would be very safe.

That is so scary Kat. Thanks.

That's why I love my treadmill.

When I do start outdoors, I always have a friend with me.

Hey U-Momma, I just stumbled accross your thread here via Couteau's report and thought I would join. I could use the support. I will have to catch up. We were in WDW the day after you started this one. If you have been to my TR you will know that we upgraded to the Deluxe DP so that made it even worse. :sad2:
Tryin to catch up.:scared1:
