OK I have a new strategy for when I go to WDW. I will eat huge yummy meals with all the fattening food I crave and then I will immediately get on,line for a roller coaster. I'll be a amusement park bulimic! That should do the trick!

UM- Did you keep to the no cheat day? I thought about you when the school secretary brought in home made chocolate chip cookies. I passed. Then I made chocolate covered strawberries. I did lick the spoon, and counted it as 60 calories (it was pretty sticky), but I didn't eat the actual strawberries. So I got in under 1600 cals, and then did 40 minutes on the elliptical, even though DH blew off our gym date.

Oh heck. I remember that song! In RERUNS of course.

I did not cheat yesterday. BUT last Friday after weigh in I kinda DID. And my numbers were UP a little as a consequence. But my weight is a yo-yo. A daily adventure to see what it shows.

YUMMY! Makes me feel like a dirty old lady though. "Hey, kid! Want a walnetto?"

ME TOO! I have a 19 year old son for cripes sake.

Thanks so much for all the sweet words and kind birthday wishes. It was basically like any other day. My BFF showed up around 5pm with chips/dip, a couple of drinks, and a present. What a nice surprise as it was a beautiful sunny, 70 degree day so we chatted and watched our boys play football.

Winkers....I thought of you when my friend showed up with these napkins....

Heh, heh.

Anyway some friends invited us over for some sushi and my friend bought a 3 inch high BROWNIE CAKE....a giant brownie all dressed up to look like a cake with chocolate fudge frosting and decorative icing. It was a GENIUS who came up with that idea.

So....did somebody say competition? (one eyebrow raised)

After that birthday cake I oughtta be able to throw in a coupla pounds this week if I behave.

Gotta read back....hope everyone is well and all is good.

They have funnel cakes at a Kiosk in America at EPCOT! Watch out for diving seagulls there. They swipe your funnel cakes, (ot's like that movie "The Birds" I tell ya, they are all over those funnel cakes!)but if they swipe them go back to the kiosk they'll replace them for free.

Missing peep reporting in for duty.

Would you all buy the excuse that I got lost when the thread moved?

I am newly encouraged! I had put on 5 pounds (I never knew when you're relatively thinner that five pounds makes such a huge difference!) but i've been eating better (and drinking less) for a few days and I've lost 3.5 of those 5 pounds. Plus I went walking yesterday - something my dog and I both enjoyed tremendously.
SO I am rededicating myself to the weight loss cause!

Like as of right now i am upstairs and i can hear Mayson Throwing Cars downstairs out of the toy box i just cleaned last night ... ARGHHHH ,yesterday he wrote on himself with marker while i was posting my update on my Tr and yes UM they were permenant (lonnie's which he did not put away )i think when homework is done i am going to take my butt to the gym and turn on my ipod and walk myself into a stuper for an hour while my kids run amuck in the edutainment center . Man, have I been slacking with a capital "S"! I promised an Easter update for the weekend, and here it is Tuesday afternoon and I'm finally getting around to it.
