Hooray. I'm glad it's all working out.

Winkers & Lynda- Good luck with your appointments.

OK I have a food sharing and a Wooo Hoootie!

The food is the 100 calorie soy crisp packs from Costco. They are called Sensible Solutions. The cinnamon swirl tast like little crunchy cinnamon rolls. The pretzel crunch are sort of like chocolate covered pretzels. The cookie dough ones just taste like chocolate chip All very satisying.

OK, on to the wooo hoootie. I went to the mall today with a gift card from a student. I decided to buy some new jeans, because my old ones are at least 8 years old (I KNOW! I hate clothes shopping. I've had the gift card since Christmas). I picked up a pair of Levi's boot cut, size 10, and went to the dressing room. They were so loose, I took them off without unzipping them. I got dressed and went out and picked up a pair of size 8s. They were perfect. I was feeling a little down and tired before that, but after the new jeans I came home and did a Denise Austin tape.

WOOO HOOOTY DANIELLE!!!!!(You skinny chick!) SIze 8 OMG! I don't remember size 8.
Oh this is a hoot! MALE(S) overt your eyes, you will not be able to scratch this image out of your brains...

So I was on the other forum I now frequent that is oh-so-mormon, right?
There's a Beauty Thread that caught my little eye. On this Magic Cream sold in the ethnic men's tolietries department of any store that works better than Nair.

It was 3 pages long before I realized they were all talking about shaving down there... "big time" ...the whole she-daisy! EEEK!

It's literally called Magic Cream for ethnic men's beards OR mama-hoo-hoo's. It was soooo carefully talked about (all super squeeky clean words). I still get fits of giggles when I think of it!!!! My favorite comment was something like, "Won't Patrick be SURPRISED for his birthday?" OMGosh! There's more, but I wanted to keep this PG. I think we all need to run out and get us some Magic Cream!!! :rolleyes1 ((I'm NOT going First!))

:scared1: :scared1: :scared1: You Mormons...always pretending to be so innocent...but now we know the truth!:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: So after this Pwatrick guy gets his birthday surprise will he act like a pirate: ?
posting weigh in numbers (4 pds lost) whoo hooty it's all because i switched from regular wild cherry pepsi to diet what a difference maybe one day i can swicth straight to water and cut out all soda (yea when i am dead):rotfl:

Misty~ awesome weight loss!:cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2: WOw that's 9 lbs in the last 2 weeks for you!:cool1: :cool1: :cool1: I'm going to go do my weigh in now. Be right back!

I am -4:cool1: :cool1: :cool1: I get new bling!!!! Can't wait for my next ribbon. That one will be gold!!!!!

Lost 1 pd!!!

Not a huge amount but as usual I haven't been exercising. So a pd. a week is fine for me!! I am halfway to my goal!! :thumbsup2 I haven't lost much in the area I want too (bottom!!) but I think the weight loss is working it's way down. Perhaps the next five will be down there. I am curious to see what I gain in WDW.

Have a good day everyone. I might not check in later tonight....going to head out to find me some Magic Cream!! :lmao: :lmao:

-2!!

Wish me luck. I'm going in search of a new skirt this afternoon -- I do NOT wear shorts in the summer (at least not where someone could see me) and at 5'2'' capris are just about the perfect length to wear as regular pants :lmao: (what a picture that makes). Thus, most of my summer wardrobe consists of skirts. Most of mine are a "bit" big -- can still wear most of them with a safety pin here and there, but I have some places to go and people to see this weekend. I think I'll be taking three of everything into the dressing room with me -- I have absolutely no idea what size I am now -- guess I'll find out today. :)

:lmao: :cool1: This reminds me---I have been a member of my church for 18 years---Last summer a girl that I have watched grow up got married---she maried a guy that I knew pretty well from churhc--plus they both taught DS Wed. night class. Anyway they were married for about 2 weeks and I ran into them at Target and noticed she was walking a little odd---gave DH a look like "Wow---they really put the word HONEY in MOON" I got kind of  and started giggling---I know so mature---she saw me giggling and she went :scared1: (she read my mind)and said no, no, no that is not the reason I am walking like this. I decided to shave below the belt before the wedding and I kind of nicked myself and now I have STAPH:scared1: :scared1: That picture alone has kept only my bikkini line clean!! I still joke with her today because we work very closely together at church.

i'm off to get ready for work and hope for a "big potty" before i weigh in. wish me luck! (what a thing to wish someone luck on!!! :lmao: )

Hope that everyone has a great day. Joshua just woke and has resorted to knocking on the wall until we get him.

Today is a busy day---teach and then cook for 30 people. Our boys went ot Boy Scout camp and it is tradition that on the last night we take them a meal and eat as a big group. I am in charge of the meal---LUCKY ME!!!

Have a good one.

WHOOHOOTY! I dont think I have ever been a size 8...maybe when I was 12 or something!

Still waiting on Dh to get out of the bathroom so I can weigh. Good Luck Punkin, hoping for a productive potty trip here too ;)

Good morning, Peeps!

I have been so busy with my new job that I have not been able to check in or keep tabs on all the trip reports that I am reading.:scared1: I miss being on the dis. :sad1:

Anyways, I am up 1 pound:sad2: ---- which I am really surprised at because I have been sticking to my points and I have been walking in the mornings before work.:confused3 Oh, well....I am hoping it is just an off day and my hard work will show next week.

I hope you all have a great weekend!

this is NOT my official weigh-in. right now i'm a samer. i'm not surprised though because i worked out hard this week and it always seems i don't lose anything when i'm sore, so i'm thinking the theory that sore muscles retain water/acid is true. also, someone else (maybe hockeykat?) mentioned recently that working out is sort of like an investment.....you get the reward a few days later rather than immediately. i think that's totally true. anyway, with all that said, i'm going to see if i have any luck in the potty department before i post my official numbers this week.

i'm off to juvenile court this morning and i'll be back to post my numbers this afternoon. hope everyone does well this week! i've seen some awesome numbers from you guys so far!!!!!! :thumbsup2

GOOD MORNING, EVERYONE! :sunny:

WOW! I slept well last night for the first time in a week. Now I'm getting a late-ish start. Just wanted to comment on a coupla things....

PUNKIN!
....You rock! I told you that you looked alot skinnier than the Christmas picture you posted!! I was right and I haven't even seen you IRL! That is so awesome that all those people want to know your secret! WOO HOOTY!

MISTY....You are a weight loss machine! I'm so proud of you! Switching to diet drinks does make a HUGE difference. Love your siggie picture. You look 25! Really!

LYNDA....I know you are dreading the endoscopy but Jamie did it and he's a big ole baby. You won't remember a thing and you will hopefully get this issue solved.

WENDY!.... on the magic cream. Go get some! Pretty please. Let us know if it works!

ANNNAN
....Are you really going back to read my TR? You're so sweet. It must be buried way down in the vault by now. I took out all personal/face pictures. PM me if you want me to send you the missing photos that everybody talks about. I actually need to go back and read it myself so I can remember what it was that I was gonna do differently next time.

PASSPORT TO PARIS

DD got to Paris but we did not hear from her. I called her boyfriend and she did call him. She only slept 30 minutes on the plane. Her group arrived 30 minutes before she did....9:30 a.m. Paris time. (After all that! Can ya believe it?) They rested at the hotel 20 minutes at the hotel and hit the streets til dinner time last night. Bet she slept good too!

WARNING: RANT AHEAD!....SO...being the squeaky wheel....I called FedEx to inquire about why we could never track the passport package and why they never had it in their system. After going through several customer service reps, they finally realized that the package was a FedEx SAME DAY package. FedEx Same Day is a completly separate entity from FedEx.

The FedEx Same Day folks were nice but unwilling to accept any responsibility for delivering the package 48 hours after it was picked up in New Orleans....on Monday at 4:00. (Me: So you accept the money to deliver it in 24 hours but you can pretty much deliver it whenever you want?)

After I hung up, I came in and typed in www.fedexsameday.com and typed in my tracking # and THERE IT WAS! The package landed at the local airport at 2:30 p.m. on TUESDAY! and was right here in Lexington a full 24 hours before they brought it to my house! I KNOW! Which caused DD to miss the first plane and cost moi $600! (I try not to question...He has His reasons)

Anyway, I called back the regular FedEx folks (and asked to speak to someone it charge!) and demanded that they tell people who are desperately trying to track passports that THEY COULD POSSIBLY BE FEDEX SAME DAY PACKAGES! And can be easily tracked on the other web site! Send out a memo for crying out loud! People like me are packing a bag to make a desperate drive to a regional passport office when their package is right there in their own town.

Rant over.

Did everybody see on the national news last night that the Dept. of State is lifting border passport restrictions as early as today to help ease up the strain on the passport authority! Here's the story.

EVERYBODY HAVE A SKINNY WEIGH IN DAY! :flower3:

down 1.4 :cool1:
....only to gain it back in disney..wheeee..that's ok, i take losing a few before disney as a way to break even:lmao:

19 lbs IS ALOT! i am all excited over 5 :)
YOU rock!!!

i had a major "peep moment" today and i had to share it with the guys (cause you guys are part of the reason for it! :goodvibes ). i ventured to wear shorts to the gym tonight for the first time since i was like 22 years old. i usually am not comfortable in shorts and therefore hate working out in them because i can't relax and just work out and not worry about how awful my legs look in the mirror. well, i decided to be adventurous today and wore some gym shorts.

after class, one of the ladies approached me and said, "what are you doing cause you look great? i was sitting in my car when you walked into the gym today and i didn't know who you were til i saw your face because you look so different." i told her how i've changed my diet and soon about 3 other ladies were standing there listening. we talked for awhile about dieting and exercise, etc. and they all were just gushing about how great i looked. i just kept saying thank you (i never turn down a compliment - i was taught that it's rude). finally, my best friend (who's the fitness trainer) started quietly clapping and everyone started joining in and cheering for me. i was so embarassed!!!!! of course it was a good feeling, but i'm sure i turned fire engine red!!!

now keep in mind that a lot of these people haven't seen me in a few weeks because i've only been to the gym a few times since coming back from disney because we've been sooooooooooo busy at work. this week was the first week i got back to my regular exercise routine (explains why i'm so sore i can barely move!!!!!). so i think because they hadn't seen me in a few weeks, they could really tell a difference.

anyway, just wanted to share with you guys cause i know you guys can appreciate how good it feels. i'm not expecting huge numbers tomorrow because i'm really sore and i know how sore muscles retain water (or acid or whatever). anyway, have skinny dreams and good weigh-ins tomorrow!!! :flower3:
Congratulations!   Now maybe you'll believe people telling you how great you look on your trip report pictures!

Just a quick post to record a very minimal 0.2 pound loss for the week. I went and saw Pirates on Wednesday, and that darn popcorn just drew me in! Plus we've had very rainy weather this week, and that meant almost no walking which is my main source of exercise right now with my exercise equipment in storage. This loss brings me to a grand total of 28.2 pounds lost since the start of the year, and an uber-grand total of 52.2 pounds lost since April 2005 in about 10 non-consecutive months.

Good luck to all this week! I'm off to pick up my wife for our weekend rendezvous to Green Bay. (When you live in a town of 5000 people, Green Bay is a big getaway! :rotfl: )

2lb down but it's the 2lb I put on last week so it shouldn't really count :sad2:

i had a major "peep moment" today and i had to share it with the guys (cause you guys are part of the reason for it! :goodvibes ).
Dawn that is great it must have felt so good, embarrassing but good :thumbsup2

pair of size 8s. They were perfect.
Whooohooooo

It was 3 pages long before I realized they were all talking about shaving down there... "big time" ...the whole she-daisy! EEEK!
:rotfl2: Or you could just wax it :scared1: :lmao:

THERE IT WAS! The package landed at the local airport at 2:30 p.m. on TUESDAY! and was right here in Lexington a full 24 hours before they brought it to my house!
That is unbelieveable

Oh NOOO! Never shave "down town!". Poor girl! She shoulda used Magic Cream! ((Available at the ethnic toiletries department near YOU)) :cool2:

Disney Jo- Wax is best for eyebrows..Wax would reeeeeally hurt "down town". NO man is worth that! :lmao: I saw Sex in the City and NO WAY! :scared1:

I lost 1.5...for a grand total of 25.4 since the start of this journey for me in late Feb. I am so happy, and shocked that I have made it so far!! New Bling for me!

I still have about 40 pounds to hit my ultimate goal, but I would be thrilled if I lost 25 more. That would bring me to a weight I have not been at since I left college, and that is when I felt healthy and happy with my body. The 40 pounds would bring me to where the Drs and 'charts' say I should be. Something I dont think I can do until after surgery, if ever. I have alot of muscle (especially in my legs thanks to dancing) and that isnt going anywhere and weighs more than fat does.

Who is keeping track of the Peep Sept challenge totals? I forgot to keep track of how much I have lost since we started that

OK, I have to say, you are remaining way more composed over the fact that it was istting there for 24 hrs than I would be. I would be asking for reimbursement for my plane ticket charges. It stinks that they can take the money to guarantee same day service yet deliver it whenever they choose. You are out the cash for something that they really caused you to have to do  I know, see the bigger picture and all that jazz, but still!

Oh NOOO! Never shave "down town!". Poor girl! She shoulda used Magic Cream! ((Available at the ethnic toiletries department near YOU)) :cool2:

OK, I have to say....I may or may not have had some waxing in that area. Not the whole "she-daisy" as UM so tastefully put it :lmao: And honestly, my eyebrow waxes hurt more  And I am a BIG wimp. It also grows back much more slowly and much less of it than it does when shaving. Just thought I would share... you know with swimsuit season upon us and all ;)

Yeah!!!!! I've lost 2 pounds this week...................but it's the 2 pounds that I had gained last week. ;) Anyway, it's a loss and I'll take it. Only 8 pounds until my goal weight is reached. :cool1:
