Am I the only one who GAINED 1 LB??? Stoopid AF moved in and brought with her bloat and crabbiness, and a salt choc craving to beat all else... But I have been decent today, I will be down next friday. I will be a slammin harleychickskinnieminnie

Yesterday it was -3.8, today it's -2.4 pounds. I'll take it! YAY! My goal was -1 to -1.8 per week to achieve my Sept. goal. I feel like a rock star!

Well, I mentioned it in teeny font last night. What if we did a 20 pound challenge for September?? Starting TODAY ((those of you that think friday after weigh in is "free"!!! :rolleyes1 )). Any ideas for a prize??? Any thoughts or suggestions?

I had the funniest thing happen yesterday, but I'm not sure if I should share, it's rather personal, but it had dh & I laughing till we cried!

I am not freakin on the weight thing today because my DH said THE kindes thng today the bestest 6 words ever...I can tell you've lost weight !!! YAY!! He got a big smooch. And altho I have gained this week, my pants are loose and I am losing inches...its a matter of time til my scale realizes that it is wrong ;)

My shins hurt, my left thigh... dH says its about 1 1/4 mile I've been traveling, today was tough... WWPD?? I put on my workout clothes and decided I wasnt taking them off till I got out there! No excuse. I made it! DH says the first 2 weeks are the hardest... omg, its going to get worse?

On my Ipod I start with Aretha and RESPECT... in the middle is carpenters, I need to switch that out - through some Judds in there.. right at the last quarter mile... Clay Ailen comes on Measure a Man - what an inspirational song - It makes me think of Jesus - and I raise my hands and get through that last 1/4...

so, I made it.

I drank my water, and am having more.
Tuna for lunch
all bran for snack
vitamins and v8 juice
Popcorn for snack
salad and chicken for dinner...

Now, repeat 150 times and you'll be ship-shape!
You did awesome 2 days in a row!

What's for dinner tonight?

We're having meatballs. I take extral lean ground beef, roll 'em up into 1/4 c size balls (I can measure my portions best this way), cooke em a little, drain off the grease, then cover in the lowest fat, lowest salt cream of mushroom soup and let cook until the meatballs are done, then serve over egg noodles.

The woman I got the recipe from serves hers over rice.

Then I add a side salad or some mixed fresh veggies.

Easy peezy lemon sqeezy!

Uhhhh, I dunno? I didn't think it through. It was one of those middle of the night (sleeping pill has worn off) inspirations!

The only thing is, I cant really afford a cool prize. What would be a cool 20 pound prize?

I actually was thinking of making a beaded necklace or bracelet. Each bead symbolizing a pound. Something to add to.

It would be a concrete visual of our progress. Only, since I'd be wearing it constantly, I don't want anything that can tarnish or change to a funky color.

I just dont know!
 
The amount of people posting their Weight Progress has dropped to about half!
Today only 17, it used to be around 33. Did we overwelm some peeps?

Usually I don't post if I stay the same, but since you asked - I stayed the same! Oh, well! I ate out - more than once this week, but I didn't do too badly considering.

I had a bad day today, though - hubby brought home brownies from Zingerman's Deli and I could NOT resist. So I got on the exercise bike and did
10 miles and drank some extra water (not that that will probably help much). But tomorrow's a new day and I WILL do better.

I'm trying to find an electronic food journal I can use on my PDA. I'm hoping the novelty wil inspire me to get back to journalling my intake thoroughly again.
How many times have you eaten badly and NOT exercised! What you did HAD to be better!

DH called me at work today to report that one of our bunnies wasn't acting right and he thought she may have gone blind. I told him to bring her to the hospital right away. She pased away while he was in the car with her. :sad:

BIG NEWS... I am down -1 pound ..bringing me to my goal of 14 pounds :cheer2: WHOOHOOTY ! I have been wanted to lose this weight for 5 years and I KNOW that I was successful because of all you wonderful peeps ! THANK YOU !!!!

I did my regular sit ups last night with my workout but couldn't do UMA's challenge too (even tho I said I would) so I'm taking that challenge tonight!

I thinkit was DisneyO who suggested putting up $5 - $5 isnt much, but even between the 3 of us it could be somethin - I live near a Disney Store and could get it changed to Disney Dollars!!

I want 20 beads of some sort, and a few more to add as we go. My stuff is craft store stuff and turns tarnishy. How much we talkin'? I like those pink glass looking beads alot. But how to add as we go? UGH.

Geez, Spongie or Aries are the craft team...

:rotfl: It was a tip from another weight loss program - they suggest an 6-8oz coffee mug - very warm water - and 1/2 lemon - real lemon works better than concentrate - but I use concentrate from time to time!

I need a swift kick in the rear. or my head... its my mind that is slowing me down... bad problems in real life, sorrow for Virg Tech and I'm starving.

Bee how'd the liquid diet go?

Part of me feels desperate - part of me feels like "what's the point, I'm always going to be this fat girl - so learn to love her" and I do love me... mostly...

Goals water, vitamins, situps and 1 mile run. No chocolate today.

It started at the beginning - I so love the drive thru for lunch... and I almost headed thru the Fast Food lane, but thought "hmmm what would Peeps do for lunch? - ie WWPD??? I know it was corny, but I do carry my imagination with me, and y'all are just figments right??? :rotfl2: WWPD has helped me pass high fat, high sugar stuff, it has helped me run that last 1/4 mile...

now as for Uma Pepsi it is!!

MHL - :goodvibes I also have bunches of glass beads, a nice strand of pink beads I love, but after all my toggle clasps started breaking, I packed it all up...

Charms You can so get charms... you know you can even get some square beads and a circle key chain thingy... and make a WWPD Key chain thingy... use stretch cord and add... hmmm this reminds me,

Weight Watchers didnt someone design a bracelet to help count your point totals??
