Morning all.

Dawn Do you get paid on your online reviews based on times your reviews are played by viewers? I just want to make sure because I try to check them out every day. I have 2 screens at work so I have you on one while I work on the other. You are much prettier than those excel spreadsheets!!!!

Fran A big whoo-hoo to go back to WDW for your 10th. DH and I have our 25th coming up in a year or so and I'm trying to figure out what I want to do. We went to Italy for our 20th but I always said I wanted to go back to the Grand Floridian on the Platinum Plan for our 25th. We did that one vacation and it was very magical.

Sandy and Allie-Good luck to you marathon participants. You are braver than I will ever be and I hope it's fun and rewarding for you.

And thanks to all of you peeps with your well-wishes. You guys are a great bunch of people. Last time I went through this, I knew in my gut I had cancer. This time my gut is not screaming that at me so I hope my gut has some insight. I know that the odds are high for me that I will battle this more than once but gosh, I would like more than a 4 month break in between!

So in honor of my stress level, I did have some ice cream last night. I was good all day and then blew it in the dark evening hours. But it was a very small scoop!

Great, but weird news, my fat jeans are too big. My regular jeans fit again. YAY ME! I just donated all my skinny jeans because they were "mom" jeans and taper legs from ten years ago. So, I gets me some new jeans as I lose weight. YAY again.


I have the BIGGEST headache today. It's not going away with all the caffeine and Tylenol. Sheesh! Maybe it's some funky low carb symptom? Oh, speaking of low carb...I'd give my first born (or last born, heck I'll throw in 2 cats to sweeten the pot!) for some white bread right now!!!!!!!


I totally love the Devil Wears Prada too. I love how Meryl Streep calls all of her girls Emily. I love that!

10th day of Atkins for me and I have not cheated once! I'm pretty proud! I ordered two tops yesterday and I ordered them a size down. Now I just hope I'll get the chance to wear them!

Hi everyone! Thank you soo much for all the birthday wishes yesterday. It was a fairly good day though I had major PMS symptons.I sat around all evening reading a great book and ignoring my kids(and one of Harley's). I did start and finish the book yesterday though..

I have read all the pages from the last few days and have said prayers for those who need them and I hope Allie and Sandy have great trips.

I have done fairly well with my diet except for at my bday party Saturday night.Also last night DH made me fried rice but I ate it with grilled shrimp and ate well the rest of theday.Well except for the cinnamon roll I ate late last night.. Today I am supposed to go get a treadmill. A friend from work has one she has only used a few times so I am buying it with my bday money.I have really missed mine since it broke.

Congrats UM on the smaller pants and Dawn on the great measurements.

I know there was more but I have kids pouring off of the bus screaming...

i made a boo boo at work and i feel like an idiot. we got a call from an attorney in florida whom i did a deposition for in early december. i called him back this morning and he informed me that instead of calling him mr. taylor throughout the deposition (his correct name), i called him mr. day instead. his partner's name is mr. day and i just got them mixed up. this is the first time in 5 years of doing this that anyone's ever caught a mistake in a transcript that i did!!!! i feel so stupid. so now i'm having to go back through and correct 80 pages of "mr. day", which i'm gladly doing since i should've gotten it right the first time.

CONGRATS to all the peeps who are doing great on your dieting/exercise! i see a lot of positive attitudes!

So I took the kids sledding. Hiking up a hill in snow 20 times has got to count for something! I even did a double back flip off my sled trying to avoid a pine tree. I got a round of applause for that one.

definitely counts!!!!! and i can just picture you doing a double back flip. i hope it doesn't offend you that i get a chuckle at your expense!

Warning! Warning! Girl Talk Here:I think its cause I'm on my 3rd week of AF. Going to the DR. today. Actually my first since the baby was 11/30 and it has been hanging around ever since, just makes an appearance every few days and then takes a breakfor a day. But the last 3 weeks it's just here AND IT WON'T GO AWAY!

scary stuff! i was like this for the 6 years i had AF before i got on birth control pills (when i was 19). since then i'm like clockwork. but i'm sure once i get off the pill i'll go back to having random and LONG visits, like you. not fun!

I'm loving the unseasonably warm weather.

that's hilarious! i can't believe you have me playing on your computer all day long at work. most of my reviews are VERY SIMILAR so i'm sure you'll get bored! and THANK YOU! yes, i get paid a penny every time someone watches a review of mine. i get paid $2, $5 or $10 when i submit the review though, depending on what i'm reviewing.

i love meryl streep's voice in that movie.....soooooo snooty! and i love how she says, "that's all" when she's done with you!

well, he is guilty of that, too! he looks like he's having seizures when he's playing his guitar solos. i love hearing him but sometimes i have to close my eyes because it hurts to watch!

by the way, my favorite john mayer song of all time is on that "try" CD you got - another kind of green. LOVE that song! i got a little crazy every time he plays that one live when i see him!

Winkers - Sledging definately counts as exercise - that many times up and down a hill has got to burn some calories!

Oh, and on the mix up at work, dont worry too much - I once had a full conversation on the phone with a customer and called them 'Mrs so-and-so' all the way through, only to realise that it was Mr so-and-so and he just had a feminine voice! I was red-faced for a while after that!

Anyway, CSI is starting in 15 minutes (the new series) , we are so behind over here with the US programmes its not even funny!

Oh, the food was pretty good again today, I know I could be making slightly healthier choices but my secret mid-week weigh in was pretty positive! I have managed to drink 7 large glasses of water today though, only one to go!

Thank you! And lady, LAY OFF THE DIET PEPSI!! No wonder you have a headache! I am a Diet Coke addict. But I have limited myself to two a day, and I make sure to drink like 14 glasses of water a day too.

Dawn I cracked up over your little boo-boo. Back in the day when I did transcribing, we didn't have computers. Those pages were handtyped. That kind of boo-boo probably would have sent me to the loony bin. Of course we couldn't have typo errors either and that meant typing a page error-free as we weren't allowed to correct. The typewriters back then were huge and weighed a ton. I remember one day when an attorney walked into my office and I was trying to stuff my typewriter into a trash can because I was so p****d at making the same typing error at the bottom of a page over and over. This is probably why I had to find a new line of work.

Kelly, I don't think I said hi. I'm Pakey. Real name is Faith but my nickname in life and here on the dis is Pakey so that's fine for me. I'll be in London for a few days this fall on our way to Paris. First time there. Can't wait. I guess I won't plan on watching much TV if you have new CSI there.

Wendy and Spongie How's the weather in SLC. I'll be changing planes there on Sunday on my way to the world and I don't want any delays. We won't even have time for a diet pepsi pit stop.

Bonnie I did the clothes purchase a size down thing and it was amazing how fast I got into them. Good luck on that and it'll make you feel so good to do it. My assistant at work did Atkins and lost a gazillion pounds on it so I wish you the best. I have to be low fat and lean for medical reasons so no juicy steaks for me!

I'M SO SORE!!!!!!!! we did a new BLT (butt, legs and tummy......not the sandwich!) class tonight and anna had us doing lunges with a bar on our backs and when we'd come up from the lunge, we had to raise our leg backwards, working our butt muscles. OUCH!!!!!!! do about 50 of those with a 30-pound bar on your back and see how you feel. tomorrow is NOT going to be pretty!

oh, and funny story. i was getting some extra bars from the weight room floor to bring into the group fitness room in the middle of class because we ran out. so i brought one in, gave it to anna and was leaving the room to go get myself one. keep in mind i'm in a hurry because we're in the middle of class. anna asks me how much the bar i brought her weighs and i'm looking back as i'm walking and telling her and not looking where i'm going and i ran RIGHT INTO THE WALL!!!! everyone in class just winces for me when i do it because i'm sure it looked awful! i just turned around and pointed to the wall and said, "there's a wall there, in case you guys didn't know," and just left the room to go get my bar. my eyes watered so bad for the next few minutes. i hope my nose isn't black and blue tomorrow!

i was actually a legal assistant before i was a court reporter and i too had to deal with those pain-n-the-butt typewriters on occasion, especially when filling out real estate forms. NOT FUN!!!!!! i'm glad i don't have to deal with those any more.
