Okay my food journal for today

b- yogurt (yoplait low fat - theblue one)
s - strawberries yum
l - swalad w/ teriyaki chicken and Newman own Organic Tuscan Italian dressing this is so yummy!
s- low fat wheat thins , some pinches of pepper jack cheese on top...
d- popcorn chicken from WM
s - bag popcorn
s2 - 2 pkgs South Beach Oatmeal Choc Chip cookies

I am over by about 2 pts today but right now I dont even care...AND I am on my 3rd dt coke...BAD!!! Water intake was hohum but I got all my oz in

I tried to workout today and got really bummed because my feet and shins were so sore it hurt to walk, and the ellipticals were full so I did weights or tried to. Hurt my hand breaking up doggy fight last nite between stupid visiting dog and my Pepper, found myself holding back 2 80+ lb dogs on attackmode...was dangerous Iknow but in the moment I was gonna be in the middle anyways, so I grabbed them both by the collar and somehow in the process I broke a blood vessel in my right wrist, and pinched the stew outta the fingers on my left hand...SO I said all that cause I had a wimpy workout today and didnt accomplish squat..muchlike this post...

so am down and out and tired and sore and hurting tonite...and cant even sleep late cause some moron decided to schedule basketball pics at 8:30 in the a.m. ON A SATURDAY!!! WHY!!!I ask you WHY??!!!

Sounds like you need some pixie dust..I agree tomorrow's pic/game is too early.The same moron planned it that planned tonight's 8:30 game.

Rollercoaster of emotions...

I was so psyched after going to the Y tonight. Treading along on the treadmill I had an epiphany... I've got endorphins! Yep, those little puppies were flowing through my veins all happy-satisfied-like.

I get home, and I realize something is wrong with one of my dogs because there are spots of blood all over the kitchen. My sheltie has bloody urine... oh, joy. Internet says it is probably a bladder infection. He chronic skin infection is also flairing up so I gave her a trim and a bath before I got online. This explains why the poor thing had to go out so gosh darn many times in the middle of the night last night. I'll take her to the vet in the morning.
