Good Morning Skinny Minnies!

Is everyone getting ready for the recipe circle? I just bought a CHEAP one to send around. My Minnie Mouse one will get hammered if I send it. Just being in my kitchen, it's looking warped (the cover is bowed) so I'll take a picture of the real thing to see so you can see my Mickey in drag cover.

Me and Spongie went to Roberts last night to get the final touches. We took our daughters and not 2 minutes in, there's a green smokey cloud wafting around Norah's diaper region! WHEW-WEE it was reisty!

So I took her in the ladies room and cleaned her up but did NOT have an extra diaper! :eek: So she went commando till we got home. Poor thing got a nice red rash!

We also went to Bath and Body Works. That Japanese Cherry Blossom body cream was $5.00.

Then we went for fountain drinks at a convienience store. All three stops were NOT just popping in! I seem to take forever to do anything! I guess it's because I dont leave the house all day, so it's a big treat to run erands with a girlfriend and her beautiful dd and my nekid-bum dd!


I am soooooooo glad Mal is out of diapers, especially with another coming. I had 2 in diapers with Matt and Zach for a few months, (21 months apart) and that was just crazy and expensive.

I bet it did her bottom good to get some nice air.
 
Thanks! I'm at 167 lbs. right now, the points go down when I get below 150 right? I didn't know they had a slider for exercise, I do so many different types of exercise it would be great to have that if you have an extra. Although my most frequent is kickboxing for an hour or an elliptical or treadmill for 20-30 mins. Are those hard to look up?


You need to eat 22 pts a day plus use your flex.The leader in my old group always said to eat all of your points each day and use your flex points however you want.If you hit a plateau then don't use all your flex points.

Okay I am assuming that you would call Kickboxing somewhere between moderate and high intensity.That would give you 5 pts.The more you exercise the more you get to eat!If you called the elliptical/treadmill moderate then you would get 1 pt.If you ran on those its more.

Moderate activity is defined-Activities that probably make you break a sweat.Ex.walking at a fast pace or biking.

High-Activities that make you sweat.Ex. jogging,running,competitive swimming,copetitive biking.

I wish DS was out of diapers! He has absolutely no desire to wear "big boy" underwear. He's 2 yrs 5 mos.!:sad2: DD was 3 yrs. 9 mos. before she trained!!! I had 2 in diapers for a whole year! What an expense that was!

I was thinking of some names for you, Monica.
I came up with Zorinna & Zarriah. These are actually the names of my friend and her daughter.

Its been a day!!!

My parents live in Ft Myers Florida. (snowbirds actually - well.. oh never mind!!) so, mom called crying, dad got on the phone to tell me Uncle Kenny died, in Peoria, a fav uncle of mom's, and the round trip for the 2 of them would be over $700 (funeral this Sat) so I get online... and POOF :pixiedust: I got them 2 RT for $250!! :goodvibes Then I got online to get a hotel room, had to call Dad's cousin to make sure I got the "right part of town" then I had to call Dad's sisters, 'cause they're coming and will want the same hotel room. I heard more of "why did you send them there? You sure make things complicated" WELL YEAH, just ask dh!!! :rotfl2: and hey, its what happens when you pinch pennies...

I got the hotel to give us a $10 a night discount!! Comfort Suites (I like the suites when you're going to afuneral everyone congregates in aroom - having a couch and tables is a good thing!!) Price went from $79.99 a night to $64.50!! :cool1:

Mom cried so hard, she says I now have to get the "family" tatoo :scared1: :rotfl2: Big joke in our family - my brother and his daughters and wife and my aunts and their kids all have this shark tattoo!! My Eagle Boy Scouts and my Dh just go :scared1: and I just :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

So seriously can I loose 40# in 3 days??? :confused3

You did a very nice thing for your parents. You are a great daughter, I hope you know that.

Sorry about your uncle. I'm sure you have lots of great memories to hold on to. :grouphug:

Yeah I am glad Ray is out of diapers-that little story brought back memories.I had two in diapers at the same time too with Rebekah and peyton,they are 16 mths apart.

The smell can be bad with her though.She has horrible gas(and has up to ten BMs a day) and she is not discreet at all.She will do it in a store and look at anyone around her,usually a stanger,and say "sorry!I pooted.:goodvibes "

I usually plan such meals for thursdays. Like, Colonblows with a side order of broccoli and a pooh muffin for dessert.

I'll be so light, I'll float to the scale :rotfl:


I'm feeling a cold or something comeing on. My neck is stiff. I'm sort of achey and my cheeks are pink. Not much of an appetite either, CALL 911!!!! ;)

So I'm oDing on airborn and my vitamins and WATER (just plain water)
I must be sick or BOB brain washed me!

I ALMOST made it with the no eating 2 hours before bed, but my stomach was full on growling lat night so I had not one, but TWO pieces of toast. I decided that is my arch nemesis...late night sumpin-sumpin! popcorn::


I WILL NOT EAT TWO HOURS BEFORE BED
I WILL NOT EAT TWO HOURS BEFORE BED

!!!

So at 7:00 I will eat my saved snacks! Wonder if that'll work!

I have eaten Kashi hot cereal for b-fast with raisins

for lunch I had a huge green salad with a grilled chicken breast with spray dressing (FULL)

for snack I had a key lime thingy from WW semi frozen (BTS= Better Than S_ _)

What are some of your (the collective your) major diet killers?????

What can we do as a group to solve those bad habbits???

The pooh muffins sound tastier though. I didn't way it was good. I said it works. ;)

It has the fiber of FOUR bowls of raisin bran!!! Do NOT eat it before any public engagement! Avoid open flames. Srsly. You will float to the scale.

My downfall is grabbing the first easiest (always the worst) snack when I walk in the house hungry. Been trying to have a salad, a bowl of cereal or yogurt instead.

Also late night sweet cravings....keeping dark chocolate hershey kisses in my bedside table drawer. Seems to work.

Grabbing food when I'm really just thirsty. Always try and drink a big glass of water before you go for the snack.

My diet killer is sweets.Is that what you were asking?To be more exact rice crispie treats,cookies,cake,cupcakes,candy,oatmeal creme pies,fudgerounds,etc.Also potato chips right now because someone brought in Bar B que chips.:eek:

Also I have a VERY hard time not eating two hrs before I go to bed.:sad2: I think it may be impossible.
