So we can venture into the rest of the park? We aren't confined to Diagon Alley? Are all the attractions going to be operating like normal? I see that we'll be able to ride the Hogwarts train, so does this mean that Harry Potter World in the other park is opened to us as well? How about the rest of that park?

Not that I plan on really trying to go into the other areas of the parks, I'm just curious how this all works.

If its like the HP event from a few years ago, no you won't be able to venture into the rest of the park. You will walk through a deserted park in order to get to the event.

Past events, you have not been able to walk around the rest of the park. Remember, this is an after hours event so the rest of the park will already be closed - nothing operating except for what is a part of our event. And John mentioned in the podcast that while the Hogwarts train is operating, the Wizarding World of Harry Porter at Islands of Adventure will not be open.
