DIS Unplugged 10th Anniversary - Official Information Thread

Excited and sad. My cousin was suppose to go with me and now she can't do this will be a solo trip. Will someone let me know if there are any meet ups? Heading to Vegas tonight with friends then flying to Disney on Thursday.

Come to the Fireworks and Dole Whips on Friday night at the Polynesian. There will be singles there, as well as, families. It will be fun!

Nope! No email yet. Last time I looked there was still 4-5 spots that hadn't been bid on. We're just going to be spending the weekend together it seems, the tea, figment, vlogging.

OK my cousin just had an emergency and had to cancel. She had paid for mega hunt on Sunday and dessert party on Monday. It is now sold out. Does anyone want to go in her place? John if not, can I cancel dessert party for refund?

UPDATE 07/17/2016

Auctions are now closed for the "Lunch in the Studio" and "Afternoon Tea with Oliver and Mom". Confirmation emails are being sent to the auction winners with details. Also, we've corrected the time for the "Taking Better Video at Walt Disney World" meet. That was originally listed from 10am to 12pm on Saturday, July 23rd. The new time is 2:30pm to 4:30pm.

I'm sure John will be along soon to fill you guys in. I think the emails and everything have to be processed individually so it takes some time. Also, according to Kevin's Twitter, they're having a ball in NYC!

Oh I'm a-okay with that. I wasn't trying to come off as impatient or snarky. I think we're all getting a little antsy to finalize our plans for the weekend.

Yeah - their meet and greet with Sean Hayes should give him an idea of how excited we are to meet and greet them

Too bad they closed the auctions early, I was planning on waiting until the last minute to bid up to $1000 on the lunch. Wonder why they did this? My guess is I wasnt the only one waiting. I think they may have lost some money with this decision.

Just butting in here, trying to be helpful. I know John has said before to contact whoever is running the meet, contact info given in his original post (Page 1) with any questions.

Since the dessert party is being run by the DIS, I would think you can hang on and wait for an answer on that from John.
