DIS Unplugged 10th Anniversary - Official Information Thread

Popping in to say hey and thanks for a wonderful DIS filled weekend! We got to meet some of you awesome people, hang out, and just have an awesome time! I also want to say thank you to @*NikkiBell* and Christie (sp? and I don't know her username.. sorry!) for the Ryno hangout on Saturday.. my daughter had a new best friend! This stuff definitely needs to happen again!!

It was such a fun time!! Hope to see you at a future DIS event!

I'm with you on the hot, humid, sweaty part though. That pretty much described us the entire trip.

The rapid change in temps and humidity from inside to outside causes many folks to get nasty colds following their trips. DW and I are accustomed to that weather craziness since we live in the same climate as Orlando.

Returned home last night! We had lots of fun with great friends and family! DW and I will be back in September and possibly October for F&W. The podcast team did a fantastic job with everything!

Awesome pics, thanx for sharing. Is that you, and maybe your son, on TSMM? I've heard the night safaris are awesome, and the lions especially are more active - love to see that some day! So - who are the divas being sighted?

You can only see the top of Val's head over my shoulder in the first picture. She's sitting down relaxing while the rest of us run around. Smart woman.

The two youngsters in the purple shirts are Jack and Ashly (who aren't related as far as I know). Jack used to be active on the boards but I haven't noticed him recently. Their parents are part of the group that puts on the NE DIS meet every year. We know them because Val & I used to live up there and participated in the meets. Even after moving to FL, we still make it a point to go there for their meets.

You're welcome! I'm glad I went by the photo store. The CM was able to locate them in less than 5 minutes!

The pictures did not show up in our MDE account either. I used the link on the PhotoPass site to request assistance. 2 days later I received an email that the pictures were located and all 8 of the group photos showed up in our account. If anyone wants to try this route the group picture was taken on Main Street USA in front of the Bakery at 4:16 p.m. on July 24. A great day and greater memories. Thanks everyone!
