I was thinking about it and we sure have a lot of different kinds of people on this board. One thing we all seem to have in common is snobbery. (at some point or other, to some degree or other.) Now before you jump all over me, think about it. Everyone has there own snob issues, some more then others. You know the high road, I am right anyone who disagrees with me should be smart enough to keep their moths shut. Some are the same battles we have been waging for years. Some are new.

Some of them are pretty standard.

We’ve got:

Refillable mug snobs.
No more then 4 in a room snobs.
Must pay the extra adult fee for family snobs
Rental car snobs Vs. Disney transport
Don’t try to pass your over 3 year old for under snobs
Don’t pass your over 10 year old for under (food or tickets)
Don’t park where you shouldn’t snobs
Deluxe snobs, Mod snobs, and even Value snobs (why waste your $ on more?)
Staying on property snobs,
DVC snobs
Car seats for babies and kids snobs
Buy your infant an airplane ticket and bring the car seat snobs
Stroller snobs (and rent VS bring your own)
Eat on property snobs,

Then your not so standard ones

Breast feeding snobs (I admit to this one myself)
Good deal snobs (who flip when they can’t get the good deal!) :rotfl:
PBS snobs,
Gymboree clothes snobs (Come one you know who you are! I admit to this too!)
Why would anyone bring young kids to WDW? snobs
WDW is only for kids snobs (less at Dis then other places!)
My kids aren’t brats but yours are snobs
My kids might look like brats, but you have no idea how hard it is to be me snobs.
Spelling snobs,
Grammar snobs
Codes and rate snobs (don’t try to get codes that aren’t meant for you!)

This list goes on and on.

Come on admit it, you belong to at least one of those categories.

I know I do.

So what ones did I miss?

Fess up! :teeth: I know you are out there! ;)

You're just asking for trouble, aren't you??? :rotfl2:

I'm pretty much a rule follower snob, but I do live and let live where that's concerned.

I'm kind of a bratty kid snob -- when it comes to parents who won't remove a disruptive child from a public place. I didn't pay $30 for a babysitter for MY kids just to have to put up with your kid screaming in my ear while I'm having a nice dinner out with my DH. At that point, I could have saved myself the money and brought mine along for entertainment.

I am a DVC and eat on property snob.

yeah im a couple of those

i also agree you are looking for trouble

if you say you are none of these you are a liar

You forgot the how much I spend snobs ( and not just at Disney).

Truthfully, I don't really fit into any of those catergories. Guess I'm too easy going.....or poor! LOL

Guess I'm a liar than.

Also lets not forget the holier than thou snobs....

 Ahh, what the heck, I'm bored so I'll bite:

I'm a :

1. Why do you insist on whipping them out anywhere and bfing snob
2. Take your screaming, bratty, misbehaved child outta here snob
3. If you can't spell the word, don't use it snob

Go ahead, have at me

I must be a grammar snob, because I did note a few grammatical and/or spelling problems with your post... :teeth:

Don't take offense. I didn't get my first tag by fighting crime in the city of Townsville! :love2:

Oh no, I never said I was none of them. (I admited to a few.) I think everyone is at least one (maybe not one I thought of, but one none the less!) Maybe there should be I refuse to belong to a snob catagory snob! :cool1: (just kidding!)

Besides breastfeeding and gymborree cothes I am a DVC snob, a stay on prop snob, a stroller snob (bring your own good one.) Also a WDW is for kids (of ALL ages, but that means unlike kid things shouldn't be there like smoking and drunk people.)

Even though I tend to follow the rules in real life I tend to buck those who are very ridgid about them and play the devils advocate sometimes.

Not looking for trouble as much as a little fun and lighting up to joke abut how uptight people can be about those topics. While I might be on one end on some topics with some people, they might totally agree with me on others. :flower: There is always a common ground.

OK, I admit it--I'm also a rule following, but leave others alone snob. I buy a new mug, but if you don't want to, I don't care. Oh yeah, and I'm a Disney transportation snob, but that's because I don't have a driver's license, so I have no other way to go! (ME was a godsend for me!)

I'm sure I'm a few of the others, but I'm too tired to list them all!

I'm some of the ones that the OP mentioned. I just try to follow the rules!

But to add to the list, what about...
- Will only buy brand name snob
- Will only buy clothing with a brand/designer tag snob
- WDW Florida is better than DLP snob (you can change these around depending on what Disney resort you prefer!)
- My set of beliefs is better than yours snob

There are loads, but those are all I can think of at the moment.

Oh I know I can't spell and my online grammer is the pits. I even typed it in word 1st to make sure I caught most of the spelling mistakes!

You can tell when my DH (the real PhD) is using the screen name, his posts are all spelled right and have perfect grammar!

I guess I'm a Value Resort Snob but may be moving to the Moderate Resort Snob category with my next visit. I'm also a Put Your Kid in the Stroller, Don't Let them Push It Snob and a Discipline that Bratty Child Even if You are at Disney Snob.

5 in a room for 4 snob (or "Disney hates families of 5" snob, often the same thing).

I hate it when people complain that Disney has no options for families of 5 or more. YES THEY DO!!!! Villas, Cabins, connecting rooms, campgrounds, Deluxe resorts, and even one Mod that sleeps five in a trundle room. Face it, you choose to have a big family, you are always going to pay more no matter what the situation. You grocery bill is higher, your utilites will be higher, you have to buy bigger cars/vans/suv which means A) a higher purchase price and B) less fuel economy so you pay more at the pump. More clothes, shoes, activities, school suplies and college tuition. So, why would you expect NOT to pay more on vacation? And for many of the options I listed, they aren't THAT much more, and if you're camping, it's cheaper!

Whew! Of my soap box! And before you all complain/flame, I grew up in family of 5, so I've been there, done that!

This thread had my LMAO!!!! But ya know what, it's true. I can admit to a few things on that list, hee hee (not telling which ones though!!!)... we are all snobish in our ways or we wouldn't be human... :-)

That is true, stroller snobs have a whole bunch of sub catagories. (Don't put your over 5 year old kid in it, don't step in front of my stoller. Make your kid walk no mater how tried they are.............)

I must admit the don't discipline your child thing bugs me more then just kids being kids.

I admit it, I'm a "kids over 5 don't belong in strollers" snob...I know that's a hot button issue with some.
