My run to WDW is creeping up nicely.
Up to 189 km now!
Still got a LLLOOOOONNNNNNGGGGGGGGGGGGG way to go tho!
Oh well.
Had a healthy dinner last night, and then had a nice big glass of wine and 4 cornflake chocolate cakes from Sainsburys - yum!!!!
Well done Beth!!! I only managed 15 minutes on the cross-trainer today - my legs just hurt too much so I did an hour on the treadmill (walking) and 20 lengths in the pool!! Hope all went well at the eye doctor's!disneyholic family said:i did 75 minutes today (9 kilometers...how much is that in miles?...i can't remember the conversion.....something like 6 miles maybe).....while watching a really amusing episode of Mythbusters on the Discovery Channel....and then when that was over, the last 15 minutes of Dr. Phil....(again, one of his ultimate weight loss challenge episodes)...
and then i walked to the eye doctor and back....i couldn't drive since he was going to put drops in my eyes (glaucoma test - since i'm nice and old now....gotta get check for the fun stuff)....
Well done - nearly 3 stone - that's fantastic!!!Danauk said:I guess I should still be happy as I have lost 33 1/2lb on weight watchers (40 1/2lb overall as I lost half a stone before I started WW.)
disneyholic family said:that's great....are you going to the WDW marathon?....is it a real marathon length? even a half marathon's a good distance...
