I dont know how I did it, but I am down 3 lbs from last week. I cant even imagine how much better my morning woulda been if I had been able to keep the snacking to a minimum. :sad2:

That's great Wendy !!! kills me though that you don't know how you lost 3 pounds, I struggle all week to lose weight :mad:

It had to have been because my Great aunt visiting. I hate getting all bloaty. Oh also, I didnt drink that much last weekend. :rotfl:

I am down 4 pounds, that's a 2 week combined total, I am a little disappointed since I have been eating really well, and excersising, but whatever :rolleyes:
 
Anita, it could be that you are gaining muscle weight while losing fat. :confused3 Congrats though. :teeth:

4 pounds is great!!! It's so hard to lose and so easy to gain, it sucks. But slow and steady will win the race. And just think, those are 4 pounds you will never have to see again. :banana:
