Woo hoo!!! I've just had to bump this up because after weeks of staying the same weight, I have lost 3 lbs!!!!!!!!! :rockband:

How is everyone else doing?

I didn't lose this week and got the grumps because I've been very good and walked 4 miles every day. So in protest I didn't go walking today - which just means I'll have to go twice as far tomorrow!! :rotfl:

Hi all! Started off very well in my first week by losing two pounds but then it totally went to pot and i put it straight back on again!!! Typical! Still i have started again today with Weight Watchers. It's now only 11 weeks (EEEKS) till Cuba and i want - NO I NEED - to lose 1 - 1 1/2 stone in that time. I've got a wardrobe full of beautiful holiday clothes i haven't got a hope in hell of getting into at the mo and Hubby will go made if i have to splash out on any more, so here goes... AGAIN...
 

I have lost 2lb this week :cool1: I'm really pleased with myself now as thats taken me 2lbs over my target :goodvibes

When I started trying to lose weight in mid April I knew it would be quite a chore and the best I hoped to achieve was 1 and a half stone by the time we went on holiday. 2 weeks ago I only had 1 pound to go but it didn't shift. This last week I've taken hardly any exercise and not been entirely good with the eating and drinking!!!!! Blow me, when I got on the scales this morning that last pound had gone so I've got to my interim target!!! Mind you, 2 weeks in America and I'll be back at square one!!! :rotfl: Going to look round a gym tomorrow with a view to joining when we get back!!! :rolleyes: Thank you all for your support and encouragement when I got stuck a few times!!! It really did help a lot. Only 4 and a half stones to go :scared1:
 
Hi Guys

Sorry I have'nt posted for a couple of weeks but I keep forgetting we are on the same thread, well done Di and everybody else.

I have had a great couple of weeks with 2lb loss last week and another 3lb this week, thats makes my total weight loss in 12 weeks 23lb, and I am just 5lb off of my target weight loss of 2 stone, although I have to be honest I dont think im going to do that in a week before I go lol.

I am going to keep at it for another week, but I have promised myself a treat or two while im over there, after all it would be rude not to, would'nt it :rotfl:

Good Luck to everybody while I am away, and I will catch up and let you know how much my hard work has gone to pot when I get back.

Well done everyone!

Well I got weighed again and my weight had stayed the same (though it was on different scales so I am fooling myself LOL)

I have decided not to worry about it until after my hols now ;) though last time I went to WDW in August I ate like a piggy and came home 1/2 stone lighter ??!!

The only good news was that my cholestorol (sp?) was only 3.4 which apparently is really excellent? Means nothing to me LOL. All those low fat meals did do something in the end then :teeth:

Well done everyone

I've lost 2lb over the last 2 weeks but it's been a struggle.
I normally weigh myself on a monday and then i eat anything i'm not supposed to.
