I was wondering about Berwyn earlier today too. Coo-ee Berwyn - where are you???????????????????????????????/
 
How strange!!! A friend was asking about our holiday today and I was telling her all about how we were planning on going into Paris for the day and how Berwyn had posted the info on where to get the train/open-top bus tour etc. I then thought how I had not "seen" him for a while, hope he's OK.

I think Berwyn sometimes works funny shifts? Maybe that's why he's not been about :)
 

Actually now I think about it I am sure Berwyn and his DW have got a caravan or a motorhome and were going off on holiday in it. Perhaps that is where they are now. If so they have picked the right days for it! Lots and lots of :sunny: :sunny: :sunny:

Well done Di, Thats a great loss :jumping1: I managed to loose 1lb this week so i have now lost all my holiday weight :) and back to the weight i reached. 11 stone. I am going to try and loose another 1/2 stone before Christmas.

Just come back from a 4 mile walk - so boring but I'm sure it's the exercise that's having the effect! Think I'll have to join a gym just to stop myself from dying of boredom! ;)

Wow Di a 4 mile walk, thats great. I have no enthusiasm for exercise at the minute. I wish i was back at disney, I would happily walk for miles around all the parks :teeth:

Well done to all you motivated (and sometimes not) dieters out there. I wish i had the willpower that you guys did. I had a question that i thought you might be able to help me with. When i get on the scales in the evening, I can be 3 lbs heavier than I was in the morning. Sure enough, the next morning those 3lbs are gone again. Does this happen to anyone else? BTW, I think I will join you all soon in trying to lose weight. At the moment, I'm just working on inches around my middle with my ab cradle. (panic exercise for my holiday!!)
