Well done to all you motivated (and sometimes not) dieters out there. I wish i had the willpower that you guys did. I had a question that i thought you might be able to help me with. When i get on the scales in the evening, I can be 3 lbs heavier than I was in the morning. Sure enough, the next morning those 3lbs are gone again. Does this happen to anyone else? BTW, I think I will join you all soon in trying to lose weight. At the moment, I'm just working on inches around my middle with my ab cradle. (panic exercise for my holiday!!)
