I hope that I find you all well and happy on this fine June day.
So how have you all done this week ????
Personally I haven't lost anything this week, but I haven't really been trying. I'm finding it incredibly hard to get motivated, I'm not eating alot, I'm just eating all the wrong stuff. Hopefully, I will pull my self together in the next few weeks and get back on track.

and apart from the jam doughnut last night I've been good all week. Also my pedometer arrived and I've even been doing extra walking.
I lost 2 lbs this week which cheered me up a bit after last week!!! Also a few people have asked me in the past few days if I've been losing weight - it's always good when that starts to happen! Good luck for next week Mandy & Berwyn!! BTW did you watch that show you were talking about with Michelle McManus? I thought she came across as a lovely girl - but that other woman is a real witch!!!
but what can I expect when I have been eating strawberries and cream most days? 
though my body fat percentage continues to reduce significantly so I just cannot understand it 

I just pop over to Sainsburys or Asda and buy them from whoever is the cheapest! They have to be British or Scottish though, none of the Dutch ones for me.
