A-ha! So Phyllis is out having fun without us. Hmmph! Hope you are having a good time!
Well, I guess Colts lumps are the best possible thing they can be. Yay! The tests were negative for mono but are just showing some sort of viral infection. It sounds like the lymph nodes can swell when they are fighting off an infection, which is what they are supposed to do. So it could take months, but this should run its course and the lumps will go down. We just have to watch and if they grow, then we panic, LOL! Actually he has an appointmnet for a check up in a few weeks, so thats actually kind of good timing. Id like another professional opinion following up, not just us. The only thing really worrying me is WHAT is this infection???
The doctor didnt seem too concerned so I guess I shouldnt be, but it does raise a question.
