OK I hope you all are happy. Mastercard and Shoes.Com thank you. I ordered another pair of shoes last night. So I will wear flip flops on the plane. Wear flip flops on the ship, wear flip flops to the beach and then have 2 pair of sandals for dinners and brunch.

3 that is it. My final answer.

Tomorrow have to have my dress altered. Kinda forgot that one.

Boardshorts should be here by Saturday. Except Ryan's - we had to do a "panic form" as the color she wanted was waitlisted. So let's see. 3 pair of shoes and 1 bathing suit. Sounds perfect.

My luggage is going to way lighter - at least on the way there!

Thanks for all the other options guys! I actually did spend a couple of hours reading thru the jobs on Monster & CareerBuilder for a good part of the day. Same 'ole jobs that were out there yesterday. I applied to a couple but am not going to hold my breath. Since next week is a short week and then we're gone for 10 days I actually need to sort of look into finding a couple of extra jobs and get them ready to send but I am going to actually email them to my neighbor to send FOR me while we're gone so I can meet the Unemployment requirements. I am not planning to sign up for internet on the ship 'cuz it's so expensive. It's hard to find EXTRA jobs when there aren't enough to start with!

Need to go pack a bag for this evening. I need to leave here around 3:40 to pick DS up from his Aqua camp at 4:00 at the indoor pool. But I am going to just stay over that way somewhere 'cuz it's silly to drive home & go back that way when the outdoor pool is a mile from the indoor one. They have set-up at 4:45 and warm-ups at 5:00 for tonights meet. DH will just meet us there for the meet at 6:00. DS's coach was really beaming over his improvement this morning. She was like "LOOK AT YOUR SON! LOOK HOW GOOD HE IS NOW!" I don't know if he's gotten any faster but his technique has improved a lot. I like this head coach a lot. She is the swim / dive coach at the HS where he will go in 3 yrs. so I got her email address and am going to have her help us decide what program we should put him in for this winter. Come to find out there are more than we knew about and I don't want him to get swallowed up in one that's not going to help him keep improving like she has done. I think she will recommend what's best for him.

So I survived my doctors appointment which just puts me 1 step closer to the trip. And the good news is I lost 4 lbs from last year. Of course it is probably all sweat its been so hot and humid here, but hey, bring on the buffet!

oh..and they have gotten special permission for me to keep my bouquet after the 2nd sailing..Customs use to not allow you to disembark with your bouquet!

i was on the ship at 12pm last cruise and everything but the room was open!

This is our 1st Disney Cruise. I have a 14 yr old DD going on the Wonder July 20. Someone had mentioned teens meeting on line before the big day. Is this the correct forum for that?

This is stress time for me. My oldest daughter, son-in-law (parents of the bride) and granddaughter Brittany are leaving at 6:00 am tomorrow for their annual mission trip to Honduras. I am always uneasy while they are gone because of the flying, and not knowing what they will encounter while there. They will be home the 21st so I won't know until we get home from out B2B how well it went.
Finally got all the stuff ironed today that I plan to take on the cruise. Most of it was things I had carried to SC and didn't iron before I came home.

My boys are 17 (but will be 18 on the Saturday after disembarking), 10 and 6.


All,

I can see parts of my dining room table. DS6 & DS10's clothes are in a suitcase. I only have to make their pirate pants and shorts. DS17's clothes have been packed since I forced everybody to bring their clothes to the table. DH is all packed except for the jacket he plans to wear at Palos. It will be in a garment bag with my Luao Dress and pirate outfit. My PJ's are the only things in the suitcase.

Tomorrow I will be packing for the camping trip. I can't believe I'm not totally packed. I guess I am not wanting to go badly. If this was a skiing trip, I would be done by now!!

Annie, I hope that you were able to do a little of everything on your multiple choices!!

My door magnets are what you sent me with our names on them. I guess I put too much creativity on the pictures of my FE that I have none left for the door.

I tested the Bonine. WOW, did I just wanta snooze all day. I slept a little at my cubbie hunched over my computer arond 4pm. DS10 said that he felt pumped up after eating half of one. That is bad. He is already highly "spirited". DS6 said that he felt the same as always. He wanted to make sure why he was taking the medicine. He explained with his hands. "Because the boat swings this was (hands in front, palms facing, swing left to right parralelally (SP big time!!), we want our stomach to be like this (hands in front, no swaying, very still). With the medicine, then our stomach won't be doing this, right?" (He puts his hands in his mouth and explodes out into the floor like a vomitting motion.) I told him that is exactly why we are taking this medicine. He responded back, "OK, I guess I can handle the yucky medicine taste." When he walked away I wanted to say: Very good, Grasshopper! Do you guys remember the Kung Fu tv show?

Welcome Tandemteam! My kids are younger, but its nice to see another Dis cruiser with us.

May, have you tried the wrist bands? Cam is very worried about getting sea sick. He never has, but this is a like a fear of his. I think its a mental thing but as long as he puts those bands on (even when in port, LOL) hes fine. We went on a Boston Harbor Cruise last month with his school and I brought the bands in case he got worried. Well ,one of the mothers has a fear of being enclosed and was sure she would get sick. She couldnt eat, and was feeling woozy so she asked for 1 of the bands and he shared. She swears it helped. Again, I think a lot of it is mental, but who knows, maybe there is something to them.

Yay on the bouquet, Betsy!!! You must be so excited...moreso than the rest of us. And thanks for posting that info. I pretty much knew what we had to do, but seeing the specifics all spelled out like that is helpful. So, Peeps meet at guest services with all our forms before 9:00 on the 24th (Sorry, Johnna & May).

And, Anne...if you want some more ironing I have a whole rack full just waiting for you.
